Pros:

Absolutely fabulous experience. Staff went over and above for us. Room was marvelous, location incredible. If you are looking for a break from albergues on the Camino, you cannot beat this. The decor of the old post office was charming.

Desayuno muy completo y de calidad. Ubicación muy céntrica con la ventaja de que el hotel tiene parking. Personal muy amable y profesional

Cons:

La habitación era correcta pero al ser del primer piso solo tenía medias ventanas con un baño impropio de un hotel de cinco o incluso cuatro estrellas, pequeño y mal iluminado. Posiblemente nos dieron la peor habitación al estar solo una noche.

Lovely hotel in great location which is excellent value for money.
Pros:

Large rooms in pristine condition. The spa was beautiful and I loved the fact we were able to book the facility for our own private use. The hotel is central to some great bars with great pinxos and Rioja but far enough away to have a quiet sleep. The breakfast was excellent and worth the extra charge.

Hôtel confortable, bon petit déjeuner, bel emplacement et propreté irréprochable.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, très confortable et très propre. Les chambres spacieuses permettent de se détendre pendant son séjour.

Cons:

Il aurait été appréciable que l'annonce précise que la chambre était en duplex. C'est à dire un escalier séparait l'espace lit, de la salle de bain et du mini salon. Descendre la nuit un escalier dans un lieu qu'on ne connait pas bien peut être dangereux pour certaines personnes.

A luxurious stay with exceptional service
Pros:

I had to switch hotels unexpectedly in the middle of my stay in Logroño, and thankfully Booking.com helped me find a room at Áurea Palacio de Correos at the last minute. My only regret is that I didn’t stay here from the beginning!

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by front desk staff who were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. My room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and luxurious, with thoughtful amenities and high-quality products throughout.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful, but what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to help me with transportation, including arranging taxis to Haro and to the airport. On my final day, I had to leave very early and would miss breakfast, so they even prepared a breakfast for me to take with me. That thoughtful gesture meant so much.

Áurea Palacio de Correos is a beautiful hotel, but the warm, welcoming, and professional staff are what truly made my stay memorable. I felt very well taken care of from beginning to end and would absolutely stay here again. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación del hotel y los variados detalles de bienvenida. También nos gustó mucho que el uso del spa sea exclusivo para quien lo reserva. El desayuno buffet es también muy variado y completo. La posibilidad de reservar el parking en el mismo hotel también nos resultó muy satisfactoria, ya que al estar en pleno casco histórico, no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en las proximidades.
