J’ai été très déçue par le manque de propreté général !

Le manque de propreté a totalement éclipsé les aspects positifs que j’aurais pu apprécier, comme l’emplacement.

Cons:

En tant qu’ancienne responsable hébergement, j’ai été particulièrement déçue par le niveau de propreté de la chambre. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient orange, la poubelle de la cuisine sale, l’intérieur du frigo négligé et les équipements de cuisine laissaient clairement à désirer. J’ai également constaté des saletés à plusieurs endroits, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.

Highly Recommend especially for room and storage.
Pros:

The location was a plus, only 5-7 minute walk to the train/bus station and so much room for storage and moving around during a long or short stay. Even the bedside tables rolled into the storage beside the bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with a huge mini fridge. Good water pressure and room darkening drapes were very effective. The security code to get up on the elevator made us feel very safe though the are was not a problem. Close to a market and restaurants. We can’t say enough about the staff who made our stay easy and were so helpful, really loved the on site laundry. Many thanks to Marc-Antoine as so approachable and friendly, Lina at the desk over and above service, as well as Noemi’s and Josephine.
