Cons:

Our experience at check-in was a bit disappointing. We arrived at 3pm, just one hour before the official check-in time of 4pm, and politely asked if it would be possible to access our room earlier.
We were told that early check-in would only be possible for a fee of 20 euros, even though our room was already ready. This felt unnecessary and not customer-friendly, especially given the short wait time involved.
This approach to early check-in left a negative impression and was disappointing for a property of this standard.
