Overall good experience!
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Tram to city center is 100m from hotel door. Hotel lobby and social area was nice. Parking in the basement.

Cons:

Location was OK but that's because we didn't have activities planned in that specific area. Main road outside (can't hear it) which made the area a bit rough.
