Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydğ ve yardımcı oldular fakat odamız çok kirliydi. Bunun haricinde bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı yeterli.

Hotellet var hyfsat. Sämre med städning. De bäddade bara en gång hela veckan och inte bytt varken lakan eller handdukar nån gång. Lågpris hotell kan jag kalla det. Eluttag i badrum hängde i luften med oisoletade kablar, 230V i badrum 🤔🤔

Good location, needs better service
Pros:

The hotel is located near Alanya tourist friendly facilities and beach. Staff is attentive but speaks very limited English (with an exception of one temporary staff member). They offer assistance with car rental, airport transportation, trips but there seem to be quite significant surcharge (you will find all this cheaper on your own). The room was clean but I needed to request any changes of towels etc. since it was not done by the hotel without asking. Tea and coffee was available at breakfast only (with breakfast included option) and you may be charged at other times.
