High quality hotel for reasonable price. Recommended!
Pros:

the hotel is quite excellent (i missed my breakfast though), extra pointed added for that powerful shower, top classs gym and amazing spa.

Cons:

poor window/wall soundproofing. it wasnt an issue on the weekend

Cons:

Мебель старая и грязная, персональный набор одежды в номере только на человека, уборка соседних номеров в полночь. Отопления не было и поэтому в комнате было очень холодно!

The hotel is fine.

Cons:

The staff isn't professional, especially the person who looks after the spa facility. Very rude unwelcoming. Felt like I owe him something. Had diner in hotel restaurant and since I was alone the staff were loudly talking about their personal life, which included felt was not decent. Ac was broken and it took time to fix it. A lot of time.
