Pros:

The hotel is fine.

Cons:

The staff isn't professional, especially the person who looks after the spa facility. Very rude unwelcoming. Felt like I owe him something. Had diner in hotel restaurant and since I was alone the staff were loudly talking about their personal life, which included felt was not decent. Ac was broken and it took time to fix it. A lot of time.

Просьба положить менее жесткие подушки.
Pros:

Отель отличный. Завтраки хорошие. Бассейн и сауна отличные. На массаж надо записываться заранее. Персонал отзывчивый. В отеле тихо, что отлично для людей с рабочим визитом. В отеле чисто.

Cons:

Система воздушной циркуляции показалось не продуманной. Если его включать, то дует прямо в кровать. Если спать без него, становится душно.
В 301 комнате резинка окно не совсем плотно прилегает и от этого шум улицы сильнее проникает внутрь.

Pros:

Good gym and spa facilities. Clean. Nice personnel.

Cons:

The breakfast quality could be better while the variety is there. More fresh local fruits and vegetables would have been appreciated.
