Très bien mais attention au bruit
Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre et moderne. Le restaurant du rés de chaussée et le rooftop sont vraiment biens.

Cons:

Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas très professionnels.
Nous avons fait remonter un problème de nuisance lors de notre deuxième nuit. Le bar du bas organisait une fête et nous entendions la musique au 2ème étage. Nous avons appelé l’accueil depuis notre chambre et sommes tombés sur un homme qui nous a limite raccroché au nez en nous disant que cela allait être le cas tous les soirs.
En descendant nous sommes tombés sur une femme à l’accueil qui a su nous écouter et a gentiment proposé un compromis. Par ailleurs la fête n’avait eu lieu que le vendredi soir, et pas tous les soirs comme l’avait annoncé l’homme au téléphone.
Globalement l’hôtel reste très agréable, il y a une très bonne ambiance, nous comprenons le concept de faire la fête mais cela n’est pas toujours compatible avec une offre d’hôtellerie…

Aussi la climatisation / aération fait un peu de bruit.

Mama Shelter Lisboa ein Hotel mit eigenem Charm
Pros:

Das Personal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück, ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstückbuffet war sehr lecker für jeden was dabei, von süß bis deftig, auch Omelett oder Spiegeleier konnte man sich bestellen. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein, die Betten sehr bequem, und das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Charm. Was die Fotos auf der Webseite zeigen, das Hotel ist genau so. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, sollten wir nochmal nach Lissabon kommen, werden wieder wieder hier anfragen.

Cons:

Die Rooftop Bar hatte bei den Getränken sehr stolze Preise, ist zwar gemütlich da oben, aber auch teuer. Sind für das WM Finale mit Reservierung zum Fußball gucken in der Rooftop Bar gewesen, von unserem Sitzplatz hat man bis die Sonne unterging nicht viel vom Spiel gesehen, was sehr schade war.

Außergewöhnliches Konzept und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr zentral. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely hotel, with a nice rooftop bar. Soundproof, didn't hear any music. Comfortable beds and the air conditioning worked incredibly in the hot weather. Good value for money. Lovely, clean and vibrant rooms with a great TV and shower.

Cons:

No kettle in the room. Rooms are slightly small (we had the smallest room to keep our costs low) but we didn't struggle, just something to be aware of. However for the money we paid for 3 nights I still felt I had my moneys worth so would not complain.

Pros:

Loved having a fridge in the room, especially for cold water. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rain head shower an unexpected joy. It was an easy walk into Lisbon from the hotel, and buses and the Metro handy if required.

Cons:

We were given bottles of water on two of our four nights in the hotel, not on the other two. As the cost of the rooms were calculated by adding up the charge applicable in each night, I would have expected the water to be included every night.
