El personal es muy amable y la ubicación está okey a lado tienen restaurantes buenos.

Cons:

en el sitio web estaba marcado que el roomservice tenía 10% de descuento y ellos nisiquiera estaban enterados, obvio no me lo aplicaron y no tenían roomservice para nada. Uno tenía que bajar al restaurante hacer el pedido, esperar a que el platillo estuviera hecho y luego llevar uno mismo su comida al cuarto. La relación calidad precio me pareció bastante costoso para lo que es.

I’ve always been a big fan of Mama Shelter, but won’t stay at this location again.
Pros:

Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. Fun vibe, nice design.

Cons:

Functionality is sub-par: no drawers in room and almost no hanging space (add hooks!); hot water took 8 FULL MINUTES to arrive and never reached optimal temp. Menu was good (nice variety and not limited to Portuguese standards), but poorly executed—you need a better cook, honestly.

Pros:

Breakfast was a fairly typical hotel buffet breakfast. The breakfast itself was pretty good but I've had better. The restaurant is nice and bright and has a good ambience and food is nice and turns into a very lively bar in the evening. The rooms were compact but really good with super comfy beds.

Cons:

The location is OK as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk to the city center. The area itself is nice but not too many restaurants. The concept though is a little different. No room service, no tea/coffee in the rooms. Everything is very modern and looks great, it's just a new type of hotel.

Very good hotel in Lisbon centre
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent and very close to the city center. There are many nice shops, cafés, and restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the decoration was beautiful. The room also had a hair dryer, a kettle, and a refrigerator. There was no minibar, but complimentary water was provided on the first day. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is also a great option for dinner, and the food is very good. Considering the price, it offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

On the last night we heard some noise from the room upstairs. I would also have liked a kettle in the room.

Cons:

We didn’t know the rooftop would be closed for the season. It would have been nice if that had been clear before booking. It was one of the reasons we picked the hotel and plenty other hotels had there’s open and we spent many evenings on other rooftops in the area

Pros:

Excellente ambiance du concept Mama Shelter pour un dîner en amoureux parfait et une situation géographique trèes bien placée dans le centre

Cons:

Le refund de l'empreinte bancaire au check in n'a pas été restitué et semble long à être traité malgré une relance par mail au personnel du desktop
