Great
Pros:

Location was great. Decent size rooms

Cons:

We didn’t know the rooftop would be closed for the season. It would have been nice if that had been clear before booking. It was one of the reasons we picked the hotel and plenty other hotels had there’s open and we spent many evenings on other rooftops in the area

Trés bon hötel dans 1 ambiance digne des meilleurs Mama Shelter avec un doute évoqué en commentaire
Pros:

Excellente ambiance du concept Mama Shelter pour un dîner en amoureux parfait et une situation géographique trèes bien placée dans le centre

Cons:

Le refund de l'empreinte bancaire au check in n'a pas été restitué et semble long à être traité malgré une relance par mail au personnel du desktop

Great place to stay for a weekend exploring Lisbon
Pros:

Lovely staff, very cool vibes. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Nice bar in the hotel.

Cons:

While it was nice to have so many windows, my room was pretty small

Nice modern hotel but small spaces
Pros:

Hotel was fun and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Room was very small and far too hot, we couldn't regulate the temperature so slept with the window open. Bathroom was very small and shower was not very well ventilated.

Very lovely to visit Lisbon and right by the Christmas market too!
Pros:

I think the room should have coffee French men want coffee! Otherwise very good and low noise for a main road.

Cons:

Male Reception staff lacked motivation we thought they were lifeless. Ladies were fabulous.

Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there

Room was nice, clean and comfy.

Cons:

Staff was rude. Requested a cappuccino, that I would pay for, in the morning before I was heading out on 8/18/25 and the person at the front just ignored me. Then 20 minutes later said that her co worker would make it but by that time my taxi had arrived. No one said hello to me the whole time I was there. Everyone looked miserable. Staff just ignores you once you have checked in. I asked for a steamer or iron and the only one they had was broken. The day receptionist stated she would find another one and never came back. After a 45 min wait I ask the housekeepers for the steamer and they were nice enough and brought it to me. I am doing a 40 day tour of Europe and this is by far the worst place I have stayed.
