Find this hotel ! Worth going off the expressway - - WONDERFUL stay !!
Pros:

This is a design-forward place, with beautiful quality fixtures, linens, and furnishings. The staff is exceptional, from the valet to the front desk to the dining room to the bar - - outstanding people. The food in their Well and Good dining room is delicious, high-quality, and nicely priced. The craft cocktails are made with care.

Cons:

One small thing: shower water was not hot enough for our taste. Warm, but too tepid for a really satisfying shower.
We always wish there were better options for breakfast in the hotel - - the coffee bar does have some okay options, but for a place of this quality, we miss having a sit-down breakfast or even a European-style breakfast buffet.

Cons:

They did not have Tylenol for sale, I had a splitting migraine and I can only take Tylenol, wished hotel chains kept things like that at the customer service desk for sale other than that absolutely amazing

Great hotel in a quiet location
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was newer and clean and well maintained. There were plenty of food options on site, which is good because it’s a bit off the beaten path. The fitness facility was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating:

Cons:

There was no closet in my room, the coffee bar in my room wasn’t stocked and there was only one garbage can in the bathroom.

It was newly renovated & clean, everyone was friendly.
Pros:

It was right off the highway. It was clean, the coffee shop inside was super convenient .

Cons:

The parking cost 22$ that was a surprise & that was even for self parking in an open lot .

Pros:

Love the bar and the bartender Charles is outstanding. Very calm, professional and he shows appreciation to the customers. Each time we come in Charles remembers us and we receive exceptional service.

The Scarlet Hotel Lincoln Nebraska review
Pros:

The staff supervisor Zakiyyah provided excellent customer service and welcome. The room was immaculate and above average on hygiene and friendliness. The linens were crisp welcoming. The hotel is across the street from the Nebraska innovation Center and very close to the university's amenities. The food at the cafe was wonderful the hospitality of the staff at their own site restaurant was next to none. The only thing I wished was available on site is the same day laundry service. The staff was kind enough to help me find out where I could complete the laundry errand so that I could travel with refreshed clean clothing. Based on the welcoming of the hotel the superior hygiene of the establishment won't be disappointed and I'd like to come back and visit at another time.

What a delight!
Pros:

What a lovely hotel!!
We came with a large group in two buses. Parking was easy in their lot across the street. We arrived early and Patrick. Deshanellah, and Korbin made our check-in beyond smooth...and quick! They had all keys made for our 23 rooms, with an early check-in, as well as coupons for breafast at the attached coffee shop.
Our stay was a delight. Anything we needed during our stay, Deshanellah was more than happy to help sort out!

Charles absolutely wonderful
Pros:

My experience with Charles the bartender was outstanding he cared and was very conscientious with us. He he checked on us multiple times and our food and drink came up promptly. He's a Chicago Bears fanWe also enjoyed the front desk attendant. Joanne was very nice and when I brought my dog in, she gave her a treat. We love the Scarlet Lincoln, Nebraska.

It was a relaxing and happy experience overall.
Pros:

My experience at the Scarlet Hotel was notably better than what I've become accustomed to in all my travels. The hotel was spotless from entryway to elevator to my room as well as the glorious Barred Owl bar on the top of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the value named Andy was the best. He shuttled us around and offered suggestions on where to go to best enjoy the nightlife and had a smile and laugh every time I talked to him.

A great stay.
Pros:

We love The Scarlet Hotel. We've stayed several times now as it's become our stop over point when heading to the Midwest. The staff is great - super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed.

The wait staff in the bar and restaurant are excellent. During a recent stay, Sruthi (bartender) was especially sweet and attentive. She along with a server brought out a special treat for a pup! :)

Get hotel, and super friendly workers
Pros:

Andy, who was my Valet, was pleasantly friendly, and fun to talk to, he made my stay much more comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lincoln.
