The hotel was in a perfect location for our visit to Bristol Beacon. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room, very quiet for a city centre hotel.

The hotel is very central. Staff are super helpful, kind and friendly in a professional way. The room was immaculate and cleaned on a daily basis. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Exceptional hotel. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, it was just our preference to do that.
There wasn’t anything negative to say about our stay at this hotel.
I had an immaculately clean room (732). And didn’t experience the “maze” experience that others have mentioned. Room very quiet and very comfortable bed.
The provided chair for the desk is very low compared to the desk and not enough cushioning. I was working from here so I wasn’t at ease.
Lovely large room with great coffee and tea making facilities. Bed was comfy and we had a good sleep
In the morning, the whole of downstairs, reception area and breakfasts room floors were awful sticky and squeaky! You could hear other guests shoes squelching echoing of the walls. Most unsanitary and unpleasant!
Breakfast was also very poor : croissants were not fresh, fruit&yogurt were an unappetising mess ant the bottom of bowl and scrambled eggs were tasteless.
What a totally disappointing start for the day, thanks to Clayton.
On arrival to our room in the late evening, our room was very cold so we had to keep our coats on for 10-15 mins until the heating started warming up the room.

Great location. 5 min walk to the hippodrome theatre and 5 min to our car park that we used for an overnight stay (Galleries car park). Hotel is pretty much in the center.
