Great location .self check in was simple and saved queuing at reception.lovely room .excellent breakfast choice very fresh .didn’t use the bar or anything else .great pub straight opposite.great staff .overall good atmosphere.

I booked a room which was described as “de luxe “. It was far from , an incredibly small room very claustrophobic with a terrible view of a generator and other rooms. Would never stay at this hotel again.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Easy and smooth check-in and check-out.Clean hotel.and comfy bed.
Upon check-in we were asked if we would mind taking 2 lifts to our room which we agreed with, but what was not explained was how far this was, and the lifts were not close to each other.
We have stayed in other city centres in a double room and got more for our money, and a larger room. This room was quite small.
Väldigt centralt boende, nära till bussar & till flertalet trevliga barer och restauranger. Byggnaden är väldigt vacker. Bemannad reception sent på kvällarna (dygnet runt kanske?).
Dåligt vattentryck i både toalett & dusch. Slarvigt med roomservicen där t.ex våra tekoppar inte byttes ut en enda gång trots tydlig användning.

Room was big and clean had everything we needed and some complimentary treats in the fridge. Staff were all lovely.
The pillows on the beds are so stuffed and high it's difficult to enjoy a good night's sleep. You could have some flatter pillow options for people who don't like this. The room was also so hot at night we had to keep the window open throughout the night which was noisy.
Very clean, staff welcoming and helpful, comfortable room and good shower. Convenient for the theatre and restaurants.
Breakfast had poor choice and food choice area was very cramped
