Perfect
Pros:

Great location, right in the centre of Bristol. Fantastic breakfast and really helpful staff. Our room was clean and really comfy. Great bathroom. We would definitely come back!

Smooth check in process, friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect for our concert, shops and quay.

Cons:

Our safe deposit box did not work despite maintenance trying to fix it, had to leave several things in the hotel safe which was not ideal

10 minute queue for check in, booked a large room and was given a substandard small room so had to ask to be moved - bre

The Hotel experience was poor - 10 wait for check-in

Cons:

The Buffett breakfast lacked finesse with overcooked scrambled egg topped into the buffet tray from a bucket. I asked for some soft scrambled egg and was told no ! Staff seemingly disinterested in my request

Comfortable rooms in a central location.
Pros:

Very quiet, comfortable and well designed room. Location was good.

Cons:

Lobby bar quite sterile, airport style glary lighting, inflated prices and glacial service. Breakfast chaotic crowded and stressful. Long queue to get into breakfast, frazzled staff and inedible rock hard croissants on offer both mornings.
