Lovely room, spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. Quiet and good air conditioning. Super location.
The breakfast was fantastic with good gluten free options. The dining area was large and the staff were helpful
I struggled with the elevators. Nobody told me that you were supposed to hold your key next to a sensor so I believed that the elevator was stuck. Also, our keys were disabled prematurely, at least one hour before we were due to check out, so we could not use the elevators or open the doors.
Location great, comfortable rooms
There was a mix up with the checkout times, I had a call to say they were going to pack our rooms up before we could get back to the hotel. I asked what the extra cost would be to leave our things £80 so I agreed to pay it. When we got back to the hotel they had put our things into plastic bags and left them at reception. We had valuable items that ended up being scratched and damaged and we were treated like we hadn’t paid the £301 bill on the previous evening. The manager said he would launch an investigation to see why the message to leave our belongings in the room wasn’t passed on but I’ve heard nothing from the hotel. Poor, disrespectful service

Incredibly comfy beds, rooms immaculate. Breakfast delicious.
We requested twin rooms but were unfortunately given 2 doubles which made our stay a little awkward.
Reception staff .
Very small bedroom. No dressing table. Mirror behind door. Only one chair. Carpet and bathroom flooring not clean.

The location is very central, the market just round the corner. Eating places and pubs all within a short walking distance. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. The breakfast was delicious and a huge variety to choose from. The staff all very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a great size with a great sized bathroom too.

Pros:
* The location is in the city center, with most restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
* Complimentary cold drinking water was available in the lobby, and the room was replenished daily with two bottles of water.
* The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
* The breakfast was good, although the menu didn’t change from day to day. You could also order freshly fried eggs, and there were several hot food options available.

The hotel entrance has about 6 steps, followed by another 6 steps. If you have a lot of luggage, it can be difficult. There was no one to help carry our bags to the room.
* The room didn’t have a refrigerator, but there was an ice machine on our floor (6th floor).
* The air conditioner would turn off periodically, so you had to get up and switch it back on. It was annoying to wake up feeling hot and have to turn the AC on again because it had shut off.
Central location. Room was clean
Rude staff at reception, I felt as though that due to booking through booking.com I was given a tiny room which was going through a maze to find.
