Pros:

Lovely staff and perfect location.

Cons:

The scrambled eggs were a bit bland ... odd criticism but there you go.

The beds were very soft....for side sleeping not ideal.

It was disappointing, not as enjoyable as the first time we stayed
Pros:

It is very convenient for the theatres and efficient to check in and out
The bar staff were very pleasant when we returned after the show

Cons:

Our room was miles away from the main hotel in the printworks wing.
We are both in our 80s so it was very difficult carrying our bags along never ending corridors.

Posizione centralissima per visitare tutto comodamente a piedi. Albergo di design ben arredato e con una hall e una sala colazione molto belle. La colazione abbastanza buona. In stanza ogni giorno acqua in bottiglia e biscottini per il tè molto apprezzati.

Cons:

La stanza era veramente molto piccola senza possibilità di appoggiare la valigia se non per terra. Un pochino scomoda.

Quiet location next to the city center
Pros:

The room was very quiet and large enough for two people. It is near the centre and easy accessible by most buses.

The duvet cover was torn and had some small stains. I think it had been washed, but the stains couldn't be washed out.

Perfect for our overnight stay, good location too.
Pros:

Loved the outside and the decor in reception was very stylish. Nice bar and comfortable seating.
Easy check in and check out.
Excellent Breakfast, lots of choice.
All staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
