The entrance of the building looks gorgeous. Location is very central. Rooms are well isolated.
Extremely impersonal, massive hotel, everything is automated (including checkin) and when asking a question the personnel looks at you as if you are bothering them (then why are you there???). The beds are acceptable, not great.
The location is perfect, everything at your doorstep, still quiet. Comfortable room, friendly staff.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel (but there are nice cafés at St Nicolas Market, a 3 min walk)
The aircondition was set om 19 degrees and impossible to turn off or adjust. It could be turned off by the staff, though.
No garage.
Aircon spacious rooms with bottled water available. Bed was comfy and the washroom with walk in shower was lovely and very clean. Really good GF section at breakfast.
Evening restaurant limited GF which was a shame and the service was slow.

Location.
We stayed two nights. The first morning we left to explore. I turned the "please clean room" sign outwards to be seen before we left. There were staff already cleaning the room next to us. After coming back I noticed the please clean sign still on the door. When we entered we realized nothing was done, no towels changed etc. The staff were clearly lazy. They saw us leave and still ignored their duties. This is extreme laziness and unprofessional. That's why I'm lowering my score. Lazy lazy cleaning staff
