Superior apartment in the heart of Baden-Baden.
Pros:

Spacious, light-filled and comfortable apartment with a great location opposite the thermal baths, and close to all the sights. It was great sitting out in the balcony mornings with a cup of coffee, evenings a glass of wine.

Cons:

Only slightly irksome thing was there was an iron, but no ironing board we could find.

We booked in summer and the apartment, which is in the roof (4th floor) was unbearably hot. I will return in winter, spring or autumn, but not again in summer.

Gebe der Unterkunft bei Gelegenheit nochmals eine Chance.
Pros:

Die sehr zentrale Lage in kurzer Gehdistanz zur verkehrsfreien Altstadt.
Grosses Studio mit 2 grossen Räumen und 2 Balkons mit Sicht auf das Friedrichsbad.
Sehr ruhige Lage in Fussgängerzone.

Cons:

Es mangelt an einer gut sichtbaren Beschriftung mit dem Namen des Hotels. Eine kleine Kartontafel ist vorhanden, ist jedoch nur schwierig zu finden..
Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig, nur ca. 6 Kanäle mit gutem Empfang. Alle weiteren Kanäle nur mit zerhacktem Bild. Ein Angestellter hat sich zwar um Besserung bemüht - jedoch erfolglos.
Der Aufzug funktionierte nur sporadisch, kein Spass für Bewohner der oberen Stockwerke.
Das sind die Konsequenzen von "personal-losen" Häusern.

We slept well and enjoyed our time here.
Pros:

The location was beautiful and quiet. The property was clean and very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Hand towels would’ve been nice to have.
A mirror in the living area for the guest staying in the sofa would have been nice

Buvo karšta ir jikio kondicionieriaus,nors buvo ventiliatorius,bet jis nepadėjo. Durų kodas labai strigo, dyrys atsidarydavo iš 4-5 karto.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch war nicht gut als Schlafplatz geeignet. Sehr durchgelegen und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Zum Glück mussten nicht 2 Erwachsene darauf liegen

High ceiling, large windows and location.

Cons:

The place was not clean, with stains and even clothes from the previous tenant still present. I didn't pay attention, but the facility had no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot and hard to sleep. They provided fans, but that didn't make any difference. 🥵

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt .
Pros:

Die Nähe zur In̈Neustart.

Cons:

1.) Die Wohnung war um 15.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig.
2.) Wir stellten fest, dass von den Vormietern in der Wohnung geraucht wurde.
3.) Es fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch
4.) Für 2 Kleiderschränke standen 2 Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung.
5.) In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Seife . .
6.) Den Haarfön fanden wir defekt vor
7.) Die Geräuschentwicklung (Straßenlärm, Bewohner der weiteren Wohnungen sowie der nicht immer funktionierende Aufzug wegen der hohen Temperaturen
8.) Das Be- und Entladen des Reisegepäcks war problematisch durch das Verkehrsaufkommen
9.) Den Aufenthalt haben wir um eine Nacht verkürzt.

Great location, ample space, friendly staff but some fix to the shower needs to occur
Pros:

Location was great and excellent amount of space.

Cons:

Very hot, needed additional fans and pillows. Shower was so hot (and cold water not working) couldn’t use the shower. On check out, saw roach crawling on wall in kitchen.

Lage super. Das Haus hat Flair.

Cons:

Online-check-in bzw. das Öffnen der Tür mit den entsprechenden Codes hat zunächst nicht geklappt. Telefonkontakt. Der Gesprächspartner war sehr bemüht. Auch mit weiteren zugewiesenen Codes ging nichts. Dazwischen immer wieder Warten.
Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer. War nervig, aber schließlich alles gut.
