Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und unkomplizierte Art.

Cons:

Die Betten, vor allem das Zusatzbett war ehrlicherweise eine Katastrophe - nicht drin zu schlafen. Leider keine Erholung!!!

Ein Handtuch Tausch oder auch mal ein refill an Klopapier oder Kaffee wäre nett gewesen. Bei 4 nächten?!

Aufgrund von keiner Klima und warmen Nächten aber lauter frühmorgenstunden eigentlich unzumutbar.
Abends bis spät nach Mitternacht die Musik aus dem Pub war nicht störend. Aber auch keine grölenden betrunkenen.

Moderne Zimmer in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten liegen nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof direkt in der Innenstadt. Theoretisch kann man sogar das Auto im hauseigenen Parkhaus (Oelßnershof) abstellen. Die großzügigen modernen Räume sind mit einer kleinen Sitzmöglichkeit und einer Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet.
Personal trifft man keines, alles funktioniert über elektronische Türschlösser mit Zahlencode.
Das hat alles hervorragend geklappt.

Cons:

Der Pluspunkt der zentralen Lage ist genau der kleine Wehmutstropfen dieser Unterkunft: unserer Zimmer im dritten Stock befand sich zur Straße hinaus, in der sehr früh und sehr geräuschvoll am Freitagmorgen die Müllabfuhr die Tonnen leerte.
Anschließende Lieferfahrzeuge und nächtliche lautstarke Kneipenbesucher trugen nicht unbedingt zu einer ungestörten Nachtruhe bei. Das Limehouse sorgt vor und stellt Ohrstöpsel bereit. Zweiter kleiner Nachteil: die Räume heizen sich durch die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung sehr auf.

Pros:

The location is perfect at the center, near the central train station. There's a supermarket downstairs in the same building, which is very convenient. The room and bathroom are spacious.

Cons:

The kitchen is small and not fully equipped - there are only electric hobs, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The apartment is VERY hot - end of May. no air conditioning. The curtains do not block out the morning light, to note that the windows face east. The street is noisy most of the day and night. The staff are not polite and mostly lack of servicability. No gesture was made by management to allow a late checkout on the last day; clearly, we would have paid what was necessary. No gesture was made for luggage storage. The cleaning lady burst into the room at 10:20 AM on the last day, even though checkout was until 11 AM.

The best stay experience in Leipzig
Pros:

The location and the value for money! Liked that the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a day.

Cons:

The entrance is a little bit confusing but that is not a complain. Another thing we noticed is that the apartment was built for tall people, which meant everything in the kitchen and the mirrors of the bath seemed out of reach 😄😄 it was a fun experience though.
