Pros:

Very large swimming pool, room was exceptional and updated, great turtle watching, close to grocery store, staff friendly and very available!

Memorable and relaxing stay!
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located on a wild stretch of beach. Our family room/suite for 4 was large, clean, comfortable and recently renovated. We had an ocean view but if you want to be ON the ocean, make sure to book an ocean FRONT room.
The grounds were also cleaned daily and the other guests were kind and respectful during our stay.
There are takeout and delivery options within a few miles as well as a Publix.
During the Summer, endangered sea turtles nest on the beach at night!
You can even watch them from the hotel steps under the moonlight - just make sure to not use any light or make noise as this will make them turn back to the water (as we witnessed with others on the beach).

Cons:

Nothing, besides reserving the wrong room and not getting the ocean front room.

Increfible place in beautiful location.
Pros:

We loved the apartament 201 facing the ocean, loved it inside - well furnished @ really nice style :). Good AC and all amenities. Location is just incredible - the beach is so amazingly wild. The customer service was superb and great recommendations of restaurants. We will surely come back 😊

Cons:

That’s definitely not a five-star hotel. Motel, maybe—but definitely not a five-star hotel. I’d rate it as a 3-star hotel at best. Pool next to the busy road.

Saw baby sea turtles hatch

Cons:

The whole resort was taken over by about 30 or so people reunion.They were drunk, loud, took over the whole pool and adjoining area.Reuined our stay.

An absolute wonderful experience overall and definitely will stay again
Pros:

A wonderful place, right on the beach. Very clean and the staff is so so welcoming and nice. The beach is so beautiful and it felt that we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it!

Cons:

There is no real kitchen so no stove or sink in the kitchenette area. If you plan on staying multiple days plan on bringing something or to eat out each meal

Wonderful place, but thought customer service response was lacking. Especially for a repeat customer.

Great location, right in the beach.

Cons:

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, smelled like a burnt compressor. Smell lingered for a few hours. When we told the staff the next morning (we knew it wasn’t an emergency) their response was very unapologetic, and non-caring. Not even an offer to discount our stay or anything.
