Pros:

Hotel con un rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente. Dista circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Nei dintorni non vi è molto. Ci abbiamo soggiornato solamente per una notte quindi per noi era più che sufficiente i servizi offerti. Magari per più notti era meglio qualche altra soluzione. Complessivamente siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Pros:

The bed and the bathroom was so clean and comfy, the lighting was more than enough, the architecture was very modern and classic...my room was upgraded by the staff from standard room, I could not refuse of course

La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable. Le personnel est très réactif et attentionné.

Le système de réservation via booking: je réserve pour 3 et sur place il n'y a qu'un lit double... On nous a installé très rapidement un lit d'appoint, avec un surcoût de 15 euros. Je pense que booking doit être plus clair à ce sujet
La piscine était fermée, alors que cela a été un critère pour le choix de l' hôtel, après 2 Jours a crapahuter dans les volcans...

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir mentionné que la piscine était en travaux. Nous avions choisi vet établissement justement aussi pour la piscine.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms were tidy and has a nice view of the city.

Nice staff, breakfast with many choices, good location
Pros:

The staff were very nice. They exchange the room for me immediately at midnight when my neighbors making too much noise. The breakfast is good with many choices, esp bakery .

Cons:

The pool is too small. I stayed at 6the floor and the top floor is lounge. The staff made too much noise while moving the chairs in the morning and cannot sleep.
