Lovely hotel in a quiet location.
Pros:

We life the Ele Hotel and this was our second time staying here! It’s reasonably priced and in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Ginza line.

Cons:

The rooms are small, which is expected in Tokyo but we do find the bathroom to be quite small.

Cama muy pequeña
Pros:

Ubicación ok

Cons:

En la cama doble es imposible dormir dos personas. Es muy pequeña. Han sido las 3 peores noches en Japon. La habitación minúscula. Muy incómodo todo.

Pros:

受付スタッフさんが丁寧な受け答えをしていた
体調不良による急な延長にも対応していただけた

Cons:

水周りの清潔感がなく、水垢が多かった。
机もざらついていて汚れが残っていた。
ケトルが臭かった。他に方法がなくやむを得ず使用すると、それが原因かは分からないが翌日腹痛と下痢の症状が出た。
朝の清掃用の道具がエレベーターの半分を占領していた。

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room and the building was very clean.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and with lots of suitcases we barely had any space to move around.

上野站多走幾步而已，單人房溫馨舒適，員工友善。從其他飯店寄送行李會直接幫你放到房間很貼心。

方便且舒適。
Pros:

房間其實滿大的，感覺大行李箱也是可以打開，
浴室是正常的大小，不會感覺特別擁擠。
插座就在床旁邊很方便，有個桌燈可以當夜燈，
吹風機也是有可以有強風的，
因為該有的都有，如果想要有新的備品，跟櫃台拿就好。

本來想說從上野走過去，但還是坐一站到稻荷町比較方便，
方向的部分剛好出來就是同一邊，
如果要反方向搭的話，銀座線只有單邊還要過到對面去。

應該是有滿多店面可以吃飯的，有看到麥當勞
不過白天都不在，所以無法得知到底有多少店面，
只有兩間超商有去採購，距離也不會太遠，
另外附近還有一個投幣式洗衣店，也還不錯。

晚上滿安靜的，不像有些地區很多觀光客在外面閒晃，
對外窗也直接面對馬路，早上起來還有陽光。

Cons:

冷氣不可避免會面對床，風是會直吹頭，
但也沒辦法，建議最好是帶著眼罩睡覺。
另外，不知道為何有少數的螞蟻，都在冰箱那附近，
對本人是不影響，畢竟也不是什麼奇怪生物，
如果會介意水杯有螞蟻進去，那真的要謹慎思考了。
