Pros:

Breakfast was just nice. Location was perfect, central of JB. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Beds pillows are Comfortable. 👍

Pros:

Good location, easy access, comfortable. Didn't try breakfast. Lots of food facilities nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom had no soap at the washing sink. Had to enter the shower just to get soap. Shower area too open making whole bathroom floor wet after a shower. Price of room keeps going up. Soon I may just go to another hotel.

Given the rate for the location, the cleanliness and quality of bed + pillows made the whole stay comfortable. We could also find supper easily from Mynews downstairs and have a drink next door!

Pros:

A pleasant, affordable hotel near malls, Immigration and nice eating spots (from casual local to higher-end). Staff was lovely and helpful! The room was pretty good-sized, and Mum and I slept well.

Cons:

The bathroom, though clean, was quite simple. Would have appreciated hand soap and more toilet paper 😁

Too simple room.
Pros:

I like the location. Is very convenient for shopping and food.

Cons:

The room did not have refrigerator, no cupboard , the hanging rod is too high. The hook in the toilet is also too high for me
