Disappointing stay: poor breakfast, next door bar loud noise till 2 AM, Loud exhaust fan noise in washroom, small rooms

I faced several issues during my stay. The internet was very slow, and breakfast was disappointing it’s better to eat outside. Rooms facing the roadside are a nightmare because of loud music from the bar next door that continues until 2 AM. Even on a higher floor, the noise was unbearable. The bathroom exhaust fan was too loud, and the soap and shampoo dispensers felt unnecessary; a simple bar of soap would be much better because the dispensers are not enough. Compared to hotel NY, the room sizes here are smaller, yet the price is higher. My mistake was judging the hotel by its exterior it looked promising, but the experience turned out to be quite disappointing.

Great location close to shops and some places of interest.
Good shower.
Comfortable bed.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Small room. No fridge.
Hand basin had no hot water.

Pros:

Breakfast was just nice. Location was perfect, central of JB. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Beds pillows are Comfortable. 👍
