Good location, easy access, comfortable. Didn't try breakfast. Lots of food facilities nearby.
Bathroom had no soap at the washing sink. Had to enter the shower just to get soap. Shower area too open making whole bathroom floor wet after a shower. Price of room keeps going up. Soon I may just go to another hotel.
Given the rate for the location, the cleanliness and quality of bed + pillows made the whole stay comfortable. We could also find supper easily from Mynews downstairs and have a drink next door!
A pleasant, affordable hotel near malls, Immigration and nice eating spots (from casual local to higher-end). Staff was lovely and helpful! The room was pretty good-sized, and Mum and I slept well.
The bathroom, though clean, was quite simple. Would have appreciated hand soap and more toilet paper 😁
I like the location. Is very convenient for shopping and food.
The room did not have refrigerator, no cupboard , the hanging rod is too high. The hook in the toilet is also too high for me

The carpark driveway, it was quite dangerous when going up or down because of the blind spot.
Location was just opp Komtar. Value for money. Staff was polite, we could store our luggage there. Room was clean. They gave two pillows and bed was comfortable. Had a good sleep.
Room was slightly too small, will be good to have a fridge, more areas to hang clothes and shampoo and soap had to pump very hard to get small quantities.

I liked the location & the Deluxe King Suite room I booked was a good size.
When I checked-in there was a sign that said there will be renovation/construction noise during my stay between 1200-1700 (12pm-5pm). This was Friday afternoon (23rd) & I only planned to stay a night so the noise issue wasn't a concern as I would be out most of the afternoon & will likely check-out before 1200 (12pm).
The next morning the noise issue started at about 0930 (9:30am) when we were still sleeping ! There was occasionally very loud drilling happening which woke everyone up. It was impossible to sleep once the noise started, I gave my feedback to the front desk during check-out & was only offered a "sorry" !!!
The location closed to Komtar, City Square Mall and free parking.
Could have provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for Family room and hand towels as handsoap

Theres no mini fridge in deluxe room, inconvenient to store chilled items.
