Pros:

Spacious room with very friendly front desk. Recommend to stay. Very near City Square Mall and a 10 min Grab ride to Mid Valley Southkey Mall.

Cons:

Can hear the people outside talking when it is 12 midnight disturbing my sleep. Maybe the front desk could remind the late night guests to me more considerate when coming back late and be quiet

It is barely passable for short stay and near city area. I recommend to stay elsewhere.
Cons:

The power sockets are broken and also too little power sockets around the room; not enough chairs, can't even eat properly when food is ordered in. Relatively noisy roads and especially at night the motorbikes and pub are making extremely loud noises.
