Bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

breakfast was OK, not outstanding. I got there just before 9 a.m. So perhaps the selection was better earlier.

HORRIBLE due to losing power and having no backup generators
Pros:

The location to the ballpark

Cons:

Ac was not cooling at first then power totally went out for about 10 hours. So we had no internet, AC, hot water and no lights plus the free breakfast for a softball player then having to go down 3 flights of stairs that were dark.
