A Compact Hotel
Pros:

It was what you'd expect for a newer hotel. Nothing special, but the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room was rather "compact" compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Shower head needs to be replaced or descaled. No matter how you turned/adjusted it, water came out of only 4 holes and you couldn't tilt the head up to better utilize the water that was coming out.
There must have been an event nearby as when we went to leave in the morning vehicles were parked everywhere and however they wanted - behind other vehicles blocking them in, on the sidewalk and the lawn. Thankfully I parked beside a utility truck and they had left already leaving me a path to exit freely.

Excellent place to stay if you need something for a night or two
Pros:

It was easy off/easy on from the highway, room was clean and comfortable. We left early in the morning so I don’t know how their breakfast is but I did have the coffee the night we got there and thought it was very good for hotel coffee. The gentleman who check us in was very polite and helpful as was the young lady who checked me out in the morning. I would definitely stay at an AVID again

Can’t really say I didn’t like anything. We stayed one night only

Pleasantly surprised 10/10
Pros:

Before booking this hotel, I didn't recognize the brand. Especially with no free cancelation. But we were just spending one night, and it was in our price range.I was a bit nervous when I read a few reviews saying it was smaller in SQ FT. I had booked this room for 4. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN the lobby was. Also, free coffee and tea 24/7! The breakfast was very simple. Oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, breads, and quick fruits you can grab and yogurts. I honestly did not mind at all. The rooms were the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. And I mean it. Not once did I feel dirty. Everything was spotless. Plus, no carpet! Comfortable beds. Yes, the room was smaller, but the essentials were scaled back in size to allow space for everyone. We never felt crowded. We never felt like it was a smaller room. The decorations are modern and the walls/ floors are very clean. Felt like a new hotel. You get a mini fridge and an area to place your things. The hotel is right off the highway, but you don't hear the cars much. Some reviews mentioned thin walls and noisy neighbors. This was not my experience. Also, in the lobby, they sell some grab and go drinks / snacks.

Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel. I'd stay here again.

Cons:

It's not a complaint on my end, but the pillows are VERY soft. I personally don't mind and love it. But if you like harder pillows, I'd bring your own. I'd stay here again anytime.
