Will definitely be staying here again!
Pros:

This was THE Cleanest hotel from the lobby and breakfast area to our room which was spotless! I was happy to see no carpet in the room which is why I initially booked the room. Comfy bed with soft bedding and quiet air conditioning made for a great night sleep!

Cons:

The lights in the room could use a dimmer! Maybe an extra chair without wheels to relax in!

Would stay here again.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and near a lot of retail and restaurants. Safe area. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Cons:

They ran out of food on the breakfast buffet by 8:30 am and it was much too crowded. The plates and utensils were not near the food causing a lot of confusion.

Rooms assigned not cleaned up
Pros:

Good location. New property. Plenty of parking. Breakfast options were adequate.

Cons:

Got there after a long drive at about 10:30 pm. Wanting to get to a nice, clean shower and bed to rest. Requested a king size bed.

We were assigned the first room, went upstairs, opened the room to find the room a mess. Lights all on, half finished drinks on the table and bed as if someone had just gotten out of it.

Went down to report it and get assigned a different room. Same thing! Although not as bad as the first one. I did take pictures of the second one but not the first as I was shocked and thought maybe we walked in on someone.

Finally we got assigned a 3rd on but that was a double queen, not a king.

We have stayed in many hotels throughout our lives but this was certainly the first time we’ve experienced something like this.

The front desk clerk was clearly upset and even used some foul language in front of us although he was try his best to accommodate us. He mentioned we were the 3rd such complaint that evening.

Modern facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel infrastructure is new and modern.
Good enough breakfast.
Friendly lobby staff.

Cons:

For room 324:

The AC was extremely noisy and keep waking us up. Please install modern split units with inverter technology which are much more quiet.

A TV that does not turn on by itself in the middle of night. The welcome screen keep appearing and we had to unplug from the wall to be able to sleep.
