Temiz, yeni, erişimi kolay, çift asansörlü, klimalı, sıcak suyu gerçekten sıcak, soğuk suyu da gerçekten soğuk, sessiz konumda, odaları siz istemeseniz bile temiz tutuyorlar, çarşaflar temiz, banyo ve wc temiz, oda terliği var, çay kahve su var, mini dolap var, termini istasyonuna yakın, romanın farklı yerlerine giden farklı yerlerdeki otobüs duraklarına çok yakın, yürümeyi sevenlere 25 dk yürüme mesafesi çok gelmez.

Cons:

Nazar boncuğu olsun diye yazıyorum; oda kapısınu sert kapamayınca otomatik kilitlenmiyor. Sert kapatmak lazım.

Best hotel.
Pros:

Nice balcony. The room was very clean. 3 min walk away from Rome train terminal. We were lucky enough to check-in early. Everything was as described. Staff were very friendly. 2 free large bottles of water.

Very bad experience

Cons:

Poor cleanness, no room service. when we asked the reception for tissue, they said we have only the one on the reception ( opened).

Cons:

Заселиться не удалось. На телефонный звонки не отвечают. Рецепция не работает. Пришлось бронировать новый отель в первую ночь, так как не удалось дозвониться ни на рецепцию (с опозданием в 30 минут) не в сам отель. В следующий день произошла схожая ситуаций. Заселение в указанное время не произошло, просидели на улице 40 минут, ответили только на 4-5 звонок и сказали ждать. Пришлось снова бронировать другой отель. Сервис и общение Отвратительно!

Clean, affordable and close to Termini without being AT it.
Pros:

This was our last night in Rome before leaving to (unfortunately) come home. We were getting to the airport by train and, although we did not want to stay right near Termini, we did want to be within walking or short taxi distance from it. This hotel fit the bill. We decided to walk with one large checked bag, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks and we had no problem. It took about 10 minutes (we are seniors). The staff here are marvelous, so friendly and helpful. La Famiglia Ristorante is right around the corner as well as a bus stop. The price was right, I guess, for mid May in Rome.

Cons:

the space between the desk chair and the tv was very narrow and presented a head bump issue
