What disappointed me most was the complete lack of professionalism from the staff.

From the very beginning, we were given incorrect information regarding the reservation. Even after the booking had been officially extended, the guest returned to find that his belongings had been removed from the room. The staff then called to say that he had “forgotten” his items, when in fact he had a valid extended reservation. It is difficult to understand how such a serious mistake could happen.

Another issue was the inconsistent information about room availability. We were repeatedly told that there were no available rooms, yet the same rooms could still be booked online. After calling again, we were suddenly informed that rooms were available after all.

Overall, the communication, organization, and internal coordination of the hotel were extremely poor. This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.
