Recommended hotel in Tirane
Pros:

Family room with jacuzzi was big and comfortable. Balcon view to the mountains was great. City center is within a five minute walk. Pool and spa area was clean and not so busy.

Cons:

Rooftop bar was noisy at night. The window in the bathroom cannot be locked.

Pros:

staff gentile e accogliente , servizi buoni e buona la colazione del prezzo totale é compresa la piscina e la spa con sauna e idromassaggio

Cons:

mancano piccoli accorgimenti come i gancetti nel bagno per appendere asciugamani e accappatoi
la sta peccato non aver potuto sfruttare la Jacuzzi perché l'acqua troppo fredda

Die junge Dame von der Rezeption (lange blonde Haare) war herausragend nett und hilfsbereit.

Grande delusione, 2 stelle solo per la posizione

La posizione, perfetta per girare la città a piedi, e la gentilezza delle receptioniste

Cons:

Partiamo dalla stanza, luci non funzionanti, il letto era morbido che ci si affondava dentro, in pratica la schiena non riposa per nulla, dalla stanza posta al 4 piano, entrava luce ovunque perché le tende oscuranti non funzionavano, i rumori esterni li senti tutti, la spa non funzionava nonostante ci fosse stato detto 5 min ed è pronta, piscina sporca con acqua fredda ugualmente la jacuzzi. Ancor peggio la colazione, scarsa e priva di gusto.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante a Tirana
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al Black Diamond Hotel nella Suite con jacuzzi e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

La stanza era ampia, pulita e ben arredata, offrendo tutto il comfort che ci si aspetta.

La colazione a buffet è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di piatti sia dolci che salati.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa è stata la puzza di fogna che ogni tanto si sentiva dal bagno, un problema che, purtroppo, ha un po’ rovinato l’esperienza in alcuni momenti.

L'hôtel est somptueux, idéalement situé nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! Le restaurant, pour les petits déjeuners et repas est très bien !! Les équipements saunas, hammam, salt room, fitness sont géniaux ! La piscine chauffée est très agréable, petit bémol elle n'est pas très propre... ! Le personnel est adorable et totalement à notre service ! MERCI LE BLACK DIAMOND HOTEL <3

Hezký hotel za příjemnou cenu

Poloha hotelu, úschovna zavazadel, teplý bazén na plavaní, župany na pokoji, zatemnění pokoje.snídaně hotelový standard

Cons:

Nedovíralo nám okno v pokoji, tak byl trochu slyšet hluk z ulice. Chyběly nám hrnečky na čaj/kávu na pokoji.

Abbiamo pagato di piu' ( con 430 euro andavamo al holtel internazionale che e' bello e ha 4 stelle vere.)  fidandoci del vostro giudizio che si e' rivelato inadempiente e poco attinente alle aspettative .


Abbiamo porso le nostre lamentale alla struttura ma avendo pagato in anticipo nessuno ci si e' filati . 

In fondo la nostra prenotazione e' stata fatta con booking e quindi ci hanno indirizzati a voi . 


Chiediamo quindi un indennizzo del sovrapiu' pagato per a camera migliore che non e' stato evaso e indennizzo sul danno recatoci per aver consigliato una struttura che non ha rispecchiato la realta . 


Attendiamo un vostro riscontro quanto prima per concludere questo increscioso incomodo che ci ha rovinato la vacanza .
