Vriendelijke mensen.

Cons:

Aangeboden services zoals de shuttle dienst naar de luchthaven heen en terug werkte gewoon niet moesten we een taxi nemen. Ook rekening van de mini bar gekregen terwijl daar helemaal geen gebruik van gemaakt is, jammer.

De kamer was mooi.

Cons:

We hadden dit hotel gekozen vanwege de massage en wellness. We wilden graag een massage, dit hadden wij van te voren gevraagd. Helaas was de persoon niet aanwezig die ons een massage zou kunnen geven op de dag van aankomst. Verder ook geen informatie over gekregen totdat ik het zelf actief vroeg. En geen vervanging geregeld. Verder hingen er camera’s in het gedeelte bij de deur van de binnenkomst bij de sauna. Verder hingen er ook camera’s bij het zwembad, dit gaf geen fijn gevoel van ontspanning. Dit zijn wij niet gewend en voelt privacy gevoelig. Helaas waren de spa en wellness faciliteiten niet in verhouding tot de prijs die wij ervoor hadden betaald. Ook wilde we graag in het hotel eten. Die was niet geopend alleen voor ontbijt. Verder hadden we ook een taxi gereserveerd ver van te voren aangegeven hoelaat we weg moesten gaan. Deze persoon kwam 10 minuten te laat en we moesten naar het vliegveld. Dat was niet erg prettig. We weten dat het druk is, maar hier kan je rekening mee houden.

Posizione molto centrare per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono solamente 5 minuti a piedi . Le camere sono molto confortevoli e il sevizi piscina , Spa ecc sono molto graditi. La colazione è essenziale , mi aspettavo qualcosa di più ma in generale è più che accettabile.

Super emplacement, mais service limité.
Pros:

L’emplacement est top, la piscine et certains équipements sont très bien.

Cons:

Service de chambre payant, pas de restaurant à la carte et personnel inexpérimenté.

Pour être plus précis, les serviettes de la chambre ne sont même pas changées. Il n’y a également aucune serviette disponible au spa ou à la piscine…

A good comfy hotel in a very central area of Tirana
Pros:

Really liked the size of the family room, and the beds were out-of-this-world comfortable. The parking service was also really good and necessary in the middle of the city. The Spa and Pool was very very nice ,and super that it was included in the price too!

Cons:

The pool area was not very clean. There were long, uncleaned brown areas. The water was a bit cloudy, which made it seem like the filter wasn't working well or something. The bathroom in the room was not the cleanest. Some silicone strips had mold in them. The breakfast was OK, but quite mediocre and repetitive.
