Ok aber keine 4 Sterne
Pros:

Relativ zentrale Lage. Zimmer waren schön.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war nicht wie zu erwarten in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Sauna waren teilweise nicht rechtzeitig eingestellt und bei einer Temperatur von 40 Grad. Personal schien meist genervt und war nicht wirklich freundlich oder bemüht.

La literie n’était pas très agréable avec y. Matelas extrêmement mou. Le jacuzzi fonctionnait à moitié

Un'esperienza che non si dimentica. Da ripetere!

Posizione centrale e ben collegata con le fermate mezzi di trasporto pubblici e privati. La colazione ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Varietà e qualità per soddisfare ogni palato. Lo staff alla reception molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Professionalità e competenza le caratteristiche che più ci hanno colpito, con un grazie particolare ad Onà. La camera spaziosa e il bagno grande. Il servizio bar sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Qualche disattenzione nella pulizia giornaliera della camera. Per il cambio biancheria, previsto giornalmente, non sempre è stato sostituito quanto necessario.

Staff was helpfull. We had early check out and staff provided us breakfast boxes. The pool was nice.

Genta la masseuse qui nous laisse découvrir son incroyable talent ce don d'avoir remis les choses en place dans ma tête et dans mon corps nous sommes en en contact régulier elle est pendant l'espace d'un instant hors du temps et elle nous emmène avec elle tout du long...
J'ai rarement cette profonde sincérité quant à vouloir par dessus tout qu'elle puisse sentir que la confiance s'est installée...
Je continue à prier pour elle ❤️

Great location, has potential but needs investment to command the nightly rate they're asking for
Pros:

We were up high so we had a great view. The balony was wonderful and we had a hot tub in our room. The beds were comfortable too

Cons:

Some of the staff was wonderful and others seemed disinterested in answering questions or helping us. Parts of the room were in need of maintenance and didn't seem clean

Honestly, we left feeling really disappointed! The hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but we ran into quite a few issues upon arrival—the water in the sink and shower wasn't draining properly, and after the receptionist tried to fix the problem, a strong sewage odor remained that kept us from sleeping at night. On top of that, the light switch wasn't working right and the light wouldn't turn on—not to mention the dirtiness of the room.
