Unfortunatly was not cleaned until the end of my state in spite of the fact that i usualy put the card that ask for cleaning on the dor.

Upon checking in, we realized the toilet was in a very unsanitary condition. It was clogged and there was tissue paper on the counter of the bathroom. There was someone at the front desk, but he didn't know what to do, and we were told to call the customer service line. Some lady in India picked up and told us someone COULD BE here in 30 minutes or so. We were tired after a long flight and didn't want to deal with such bs, especially traveling with a baby. We end up staying at a hotel a block away. We have tried reaching out to the hotel but did not get any no response, even after 3 weeks. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Facility fee

There are quite a few things worth being aware of before booking. There is no traditional reception service, and while there are staff members around the property, there isn't really anyone available to provide the level of assistance you would normally expect from a hotel. Room cleaning also needs to be specifically requested, which wasn't explained to us at check-in, meaning our room wasn't cleaned during the first week of our stay.
The walls are also extremely thin, and noise travels easily throughout the floor. Unfortunately, despite smoking being prohibited, there were several occasions when there was a very strong smell of cannabis in the corridors, which was particularly unpleasant on my first night when the smell was so strong that it felt as though someone was smoking inside the room.
There is a luggage storage area downstairs, but the lockers cannot actually be locked, so while you can leave your luggage there, I wouldn't really consider it a secure locker service.
There are also no breakfast or dining facilities, no kitchen, and no laundry service. There is a laundromat about a five-minute walk away, but this is obviously something you need to arrange yourself.
Finally, I requested an invoice for my stay and, three days after returning home, I am still waiting to receive it.

The bed was small and not comfortable.

There was an alarm beeping all the nights we stayed there. The beep was coming from the front desk and since there wasn’t anyone there, they could not fix it.

Algunas cosas de las instalaciones no estaban en su mejor estado (problema con la luz principal de mi habitación, el gancho del papel higiénico suelto, por ejemplo). Pero son detalles.
Si bien yo ya sabía que no hacían limpieza diaria de la habitación, podría resultar complejo para otras personas, es algo a tener en cuenta.

non è un hotel! il check-in si deve fare on line, ma prima mi hanno obbligato a pagare un supplemento di 35 dollari al giorno "per rendere confortevole il soggiorno". il codice on line per il check-in non è arrivato. nella camera la cassa forte era bloccata aperta e i dispenser dei saponi erano tutti vuoti. il giorno dopo la camera non è stata riassettata, mi hanno detto che dovevo fare esplicita richiesta. Ho fatto richiesta ma per 4 gg nessuno ci ha pulito la camera, cambiato gli asciugamani o aggiustato la cassa forte. Comunque booking ha dato una buona assistenza.
