Tuve una muy mala experiencia durante mi estadía. El hotel presenta serios problemas administrativos y de atención al cliente.

Nuestra habitación, ubicada en el noveno piso, se inundó. A pesar de la gravedad de la situación, no nos ofrecieron una habitación de reemplazo, por lo que cerca de las 11:00 p. m. tuvimos que salir a buscar otro hotel para pasar las últimas noches de nuestro viaje.

Tanto el personal de recepción como la gerente fueron incapaces de dar una solución o responder adecuadamente sobre temas tan básicos como el reembolso de las noches que no pudimos disfrutar debido a la inundación. Desde el día en que terminó mi hospedaje he intentado comunicarme por correo electrónico y por teléfono, pero hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

Adicionalmente, descubrimos por error que la tarjeta o código de acceso que nos entregaron abría no solo nuestra habitación, sino también otras habitaciones del hotel, lo que representa una grave falla de seguridad.

Si. Con la excepción que tuve que peregrinar durante cuatro días antes para poder pagar tax (habiendo cancelado anteriormente la estadía completa) porque el
Sistema del hotel no funcionaba para recibir tarjeta de crédito y no recibían efectivo. Pésima atención.

Que no funcionó el aire acondicionado los tres días de estadía. Deberían indemnizarme por el calor que hacía.

Un lugar rancio... Pelos y polvo por todos lados.
Lo barato salió muy caro.

Los $140,00 que te cobran por supuesto facilities, es un chiste en si.

La foto de la terraza es ia, no hay tal terraza puesta para disfrutar del horizonte.

Estuvimos 3 noches: y en la pimera llegó un hombre a las 3AM a golpearnos la puerta, que era su cuarto bla bla bla... La segunda noche un hombre entró al cuarto pues le habían dado el mismo código, creo que se asustó más que nosotros... Espero cierren semejante pocilga.

Ahhh, y desde que llegas te da mala vibra, pues un buen número de luces de la fachada están flashando... Apenas estuvimos allí, pero cada vez que pasamos, había gente pidiendo reembolso.

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!! The place is a scam. Took booking and money. We turned up at 1am from airport and were told it was overbooked (fire warden guy at reception was rude and stated "it happens all the time". We were left on kerbs side. I called the number to be told it was overbooked and go back to. Booking.com for refund. They also took 2 x payments for 1 x booking.

There is a charge of $35 per night for cleaning the room, this is not specified anywhere prior to arrival. Unless you pay you cannot access your room.

After paying $105 dollars extra we finally were given the access code for the room but on entering the room we noticed there was a flood in the Bathroom and the lady could not understand why we had been given this room.
After hours of failed communication we managed to find a guy working around reception who informed us we should never have been given this room and there were not others, we had to scan the bar code on the wall and request a refund, he was rude and aggressive and told us to ring a number which was in India and request a refund and that was it.
We eventually got him to come to the room and see the flooded bathroom where he stated the same, no transfer options, ring the number. Around 23:19 we finally managed to get a working room after many stressful hours, there were lots of similar and bad stories from lots of people in and around the hotel.
Hopefully booking.com can help us get the $105 dollars returned and some compensation for the whole first night.

The check in proces was horrible, I had to make a payment for the accidents of 70 dollar, I got a link that didn't work. I was on the phone for half a hour with a help desk in India with somebody that spoke 1/2 English, terrible experience because there was no check in counter

Dichtbij restaurantjes en de metro.

Cons:

Inchecken lukte niet online. Op mail werd niet volledig en met veel vertraging gereageerd. Mail met deur code nooit ontvangen. Kregen een tijdelijke code van de deur op een stukje afgescheurd keukenrol van de meneer die achter de balie zat. Kamermeisje nooit geweest om onze kamer te doen. Eén keer om wc papier gevraagd maar nooit gekregen. Wifi werkte niet. Benenden in de lobby zou je thee en koffie kunnen pakker. Het zag er vies en rommelig uit. En geen beker meer om überhaupt koffie of thee in te doen. Zelfs nog binnenkomende andere gasten op onze kamer die zeiden dat zij die kamer hadden gekregen terwijl wij er 2 nachten hadden geslapen. En tot overmaat van ramp zouden we 100dollar bij betalen om nog maals de reservering mail te ontvangen. Terwijl wie inmiddels als weer weg zijn daar omdat we maar hoor 3 nachten hadden geboekt. Schandalig dat dit hotel überhaupt nog te boeken is!! Ik zou het echt afraden. Het heeft ons weekend new york voor een groot deel verpest.
