Overall good if you are not sensitive to smell
Pros:

Overall it was a good stay

Cons:

The excessive disinfection smell in the room! We were traveling with a dog , and not even my dog could get over the smell in the room! I understand they have to disinfect but people that cannot handle perfumes, smells , people either asthma , COPD, it is unbearable ! Not sure how I survived . Probably because I was so tired that I passed out , otherwise I would have left immediately.

We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This was the second Fairfield Inn and Suites that we stayed in on our trip back home. It’s conveniently located right off 95. The hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very quiet while we slept! The breakfast was excellent. So many choices from scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, muffins….the list goes on and on.

Cons:

The only disappointment is that there wasn’t a big choice of restaurants. Little Italy restaurant was within walking distance of the hotel. The food was good.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff is awesome, Corin Walker is a great Gen. Mgr.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was down a few days and couldn't access the internet...but Corin got it back up and running,,,,

Overall the stay was good, easy check in, clean room friendly staff, sadly the mattress was saggy.

Pet odor and scent of pet chemical cleaning solutions. If the hotel insists on allowing pets, the rooms for pets only should be limited to the ground floor.
