WORST HOTEL & AGM EXPERIENCE IN 34 YEARS. Super 8 would have been a nicer option. Avoid this property at all costs.

WORST HOTEL STAY IN 34 YEARS!
If the room was as cold as their AGM

*1st complaint on Booking.com profile.

( I’ve spent 8/9 years in the past working at Marriott, Hyatt, Reserve at Lake Travis upscale properties etc) never have I seen so many issues and lack of training with staff.

*2 hr check in process, thermostat 68 / ROOM TEMP 81 degrees - 9-10 hrs later not fixed, rude and incompetent staff, and room had gotten to 87. (My guest & I arrived independently, dropped bags off and met at our event. He returned and told me about the temp issue, dreading another 2+ hr ordeal with the front desk I just went to a friends house and slept)

Broken AC not addressed even 8 hrs after the promised fix time.

Missing family heirlooms and cancer meds after staff swapped my room without notifying me & dumped everything in a vinyl laundry bin…wtf?

Great Stay!
Pros:

Crazy thing, May 2023 I stayed here in room 411 with friends who made the reservation. August 2026, I come down here for surgery, booked with my info and got the same exact room (not requested). I thought that was kinda cool. It was a great stay 3 yrs ago as well as a great stay this time.

Very clean and everything was modern.

Cons:

The location was not my favorite they gave us a room by the high way and it was extremely loud in the room. If you stay here try to get a room inside if you want to get good sleep

Was fine for a one night stay
Pros:

Update look throughout. Easy access to highway and back roads.

Cons:

Room was humid which made the bedding feel moist. Breakfast add on was overpriced for the options.

It was a decent place to stay but not for a special time or moment.
Pros:

I loved the lounge area with activities to kill time.

Cons:

It was a very small room, funny smell and I did not like the lack of closed walls within the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible and not a continental and the room
service lacked. The pool was small and not very inviting. The bar drinks were way too expensive.

Nice hotel but very loud at night!
Pros:

Everything was nice and modern and clean.

Cons:

It was incredibly loud in our room at night. We faced the highways and throughout the night there was a lot of noise. Definitely request a room on the other side if possible.
