Een schitterend en heel bijzonder hotel
Pros:

Dit is een van de meest bijzondere hotels waar ik ooit geweest ben. Het interieur is werkelijk fantastisch en in een hele mooie stijl. De kamer zijn heel mooi en schoon. Het ontbijt is geweldig en het zwembad en de rooftop bar zijn ook fantastisch.

Excellent option for a short stay in Jakarta
Pros:

Amazing infinity pools with beautiful views of Jakarta and really helpful staff. Booked for one night and ended up staying 3.

Cons:

Not many veggie options in restaurant menu but that's the case for many hotels in Indonesia. Not the best location in Jakarta as you are going to be depending a lot on grab to move around.

Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel aber wohlgefühlt und möchten besonders das freundliche Personal positiv hervorheben.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem das Bett war super bequem – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Cons:

Etwas unpraktisch fanden wir die getrennte Anordnung von Toilette und Dusche. Als Frau möchte ich außerdem bemängeln, dass der Spiegel im Badezimmer leider zu dunkel beleuchtet ist. Zum Schminken und Fertigmachen war das Licht daher nicht ausreichend. Eine bessere bzw. hellere Beleuchtung am Spiegel wäre eine schöne Verbesserung.
Leider waren wir mit unserem Take-away-Frühstück nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten bereits am Vortag mit der Rezeption abgesprochen, dass wir unser Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen können, und dabei auch genau besprochen, was wir möchten. Wir hatten ausdrücklich nur Nasi Goreng bestellt.

Zur vereinbarten Abholzeit war das Frühstück jedoch noch nicht fertig. Außerdem waren verschiedene Sachen darin, die wir nicht bestellt hatten. Das Croissant war leider sehr hart und einige Speisen wirkten auf uns wie Reste vom Vortag. Auch die Wurst hatten wir nicht bestellt.

Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Sorgfalt und eine bessere Abstimmung gewünscht, insbesondere weil wir die Bestellung bereits am Vortag genau abgesprochen hatten.

11/10 stay, would recommend for work or pleasure
Pros:

I stayed here for about a week for a business trip and had a great experience. I’ve stayed at several other top properties in Jakarta and found this to be the best for my business and personal needs - the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional (Caca, Cesa, Angel, the Sat. night Sanjiva staff to name a few). The library on the 5th floor is a gem of a spot for business meetings.

And on the personal side of things, the rooftop space, lobby restaurant and bar were great environments to relax in.

There are other positive I’m sure I’m forgetting, but encourage folks to discover it for themselves. I will certainly stay here again next time I’m in Jakarta for work or personal travel.

Cons:

Not specifically a didn't like, but the rooms have nespresso machines. Given Indonesia is home to so much high quality coffee, I'd have loved to been able to brew locally sourced beans in a drip machine instead of nespresso - which is both bad for the environment and generally not as good quality.
