I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful and very comfortable room with excellent facilities, including a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. The staff were friendly and gave us very helpful recommendations. The location is great, close to bus and tram stops, and within walking distance of Sakura Machi Kumamoto (big shopping mall) and Kumamoto Castle. One of the best places to stay in Kumamoto. Highly recommended!

1.工作人員非常親切，可說英語或華語。
2.房間十分乾淨舒適。
3.抵達第一天就遇到熊本地震，飯店的安全應對很好，建物很安全。因應地震處理退房也能完整協助提供住宿證明以辦保險理賠。
願熊本後續平安，飯店也能永續興榮~

FAV這系列的酒店地理位置都不錯，房間的配置也都很好，但是我覺得熊本和鹿兒島的太舊了可以更新，其他地點長崎和宮崎都很棒值得推薦
Pros:

洗衣機雖然沒有烘乾功能，但是在洗澡間有乾燥機，很快衣服就可以晾乾很貼心

Cons:

房間感覺有點太舊了，應該要更新，而且燈光和色系比較暗不夠明亮

Very pleasant staff and clean rooms, design could be better.
Pros:

Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Room was clean. Staff very pleasant and it was nice to have staff present instead of electronic, unmanned “reception.”

Cons:

Kitchen sparsely furnished and of imperfect design. Built-in ladder makes it necessary to get into bed at foot of bed and climb upwards so uncomfortable or worse for older people.
