Mixed experience – good service but disappointing stay overall
Pros:

The staff were polite and responsive, especially on arrival.
Our initial complaint about the noisy corner room was handled quickly, and we were moved within minutes.
The rooms themselves are generally comfortable and well-presented.

Cons:

The second room had a faulty air conditioner that made loud rattling noises throughout the night, which affected our sleep.
Maintenance response was slow — the issue was reported in the morning but remained unresolved by mid-afternoon.
The final room we were moved to was an adjoining room between two occupied rooms, which resulted in significant noise late at night.
Overall, multiple room changes and unresolved issues made it difficult to properly rest during the stay.
