que tuvimos que estar en dos habitaciones porque eramos mi marido y yo y mis dos hijas, lo que no me gusto es que cada habitacion estaba en una planta diferente. Entiendo que tenia que reservar dos habitaciones, pero al menos que estuvieran en la misma planta

A minha estadia foi excelente do princípio ao fim, Senti-me muito bem acolhida e confortável.

O pequeno-almoço foi excelente e a localização é simplesmente perfeita. Estão de parabéns pelo excelente serviço e pela forma acolhedora como recebem os vossos clientes. Espero voltar mais vezes para desfrutar da boa vista e do vosso melhor atendimento.

Cons:

Gostaria também de deixar uma sugestão: seria muito bom se houvesse música ao vivo, principalmente às sextas-feiras. Isso faria com que os hóspedes permanecessem mais tempo no hotel, pois há momentos em que a pessoa procura um ambiente tranquilo para descansar e ao mesmo tempo apreciar uma boa música. Penso que seria uma excelente experiência para os clientes e valorizaria ainda mais o ambiente do hotel.
