A very enjoyable stay, would happily have stayed another night or 2!
Pros:

Location was excellent as one of the reasons we were in Nelspruit to visit i'langa Mall. Staff were courteous, room service was prompt and breakfast was really good. Facilities were great and the place was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in future.

Cons:

It was a little bit noisy - frequent car horns from outside and a few rowdy guests late at night, but nothing that would put me off staying again in future.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience during this stay was not as pleasant as expected. From approximately 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, the air conditioning unit in our room was excessively noisy, to the point where it became very disruptive. As a result, my wife was unable to rest or sleep throughout the entire afternoon.

We reported the issue multiple times, however, it took several follow-ups before any action was taken. Eventually, we were only moved to a different room at around 7:00 PM, which significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience.

We understand that technical issues can occur, but we would have appreciated a more prompt resolution, especially considering the level of comfort typically expected.
