A localização é ótima. O espaço onde é servido o café é muito agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom para os padrões da ilha. Tem dois funcionários na equipe que são muito gentis e prestativos: Lucila e Davi. Davi é excepcionalmente atencioso e educado.
O quarto era muito desconfortável. Toda a área de circulação do quarto se resumia a um corredor de pouco mais de um metro de largura, com uma beliche encaixada no vão da parede. Esse espaço minúscula era para acomodar três adultos. Mas o ponto mais desconfortável foi o fato de que todos os dias a camareira recolhia os lençóis de cima e coberta da cama e não repunha. Quando chegávamos no hotel, tínhamos que ir na recepção buscar roupa de cama limpa.
L' hotel ha una posizione eccellente, nel quartiere di Otrabanda, con annesso parcheggio gratuito, casinò, area relax con piscina, Bar, sala colazioni e stanza con distributori automatici di bevande e snack.
Tutte le attrazioni turistiche di Willemstad sono raggiungibili a piedi, incluso un ottimo Ristorante di cucina indiana con una terrazza magnifica, il "Tandoori Heights".
A pochi passi dall' Hotel c'è anche il terminal degli autobus che abbiamo usato da e per l' aeroporto internazionale (circa 30 minuti ) e per raggiungere la paradisiaca spiaggia di Kenepa Grandi (circa un'ora); prendi i biglietti direttamente a bordo.
La stanza e il letto erano molto confortevoli;
ottima aria condizionata, televisore, cassaforte, wi-fi, frigorifero e una bella doccia.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la macchinetta dell'acqua calda con caffè solubile e vari thè in omaggio.
L' ultimo giorno, avendo il volo in serata, ci hanno gentilmente dato la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli alla reception, per alcune ore dopo il check-out.
Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale!
Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole!

Rude costumer service at the front desk, rooms where not looking like the pictures, dirty and sticky floor, mold in the bathroom, booked a queen bedroom and they give us a full bed and assured it was queen bed, the one of the queen room they said they upgraded it to a king bed and it was a queen bed, just so you know when you book a queen bed they will give you a full bed and then will say that's how a queen bed is in curacao, the girls at front desk very rude after mistaking our reservation and then laughing at it, and let's not even talk about the family suite room, disgusting .... for us was a very bad experience it looks very nice outside by the pool and the check in area but the back by the rooms very low quality and dirty... I won't go back not even for free.

Rommet var fuktig. Da vi kom sent på kvelden for innsjekk var sengene våte… Det luktet av AC og ble aldri skikkelig tørt inne på rommet.
Det var også utfordrende å være digital nomade her. Selv om rommet har en pult, er det vanskelig å jobbe på den når man bor med andre og har tidlige digitale møter. Resepsjonsområdet og restauranten åpnet ikke før 08.00, det var ikke mulig å komme inn før, selv om det regnet ute og når den åpnet var det frokost frem til kl 10.30 og ikke noe arbeidssted. Ikke noe takoverbygg ute, så da det regnet måtte vi ta digitale møter i gangen utenfor soverommene. Ikke gunstig.
