Pros:

La atención del personal, los espacios comunes como la pileta y el salón desayunador. Su ubicación excelente cerca de la estación de bus. La libertad para entrar y salir a la habitación ya que son independientes.

We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The hostel lived up to expectations. The location is unbeatable, just one block from a lovely promenade and three blocks from the Emma Bridge. The reception staff were always welcoming, smiling, and incredibly helpful, solving every issue we had. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and everything delicious.

Cons:

We weren’t as fond of the room, though. It had an adjoining door to another room where other guests were staying, so it was quite noisy. Being on the ground floor, we could also hear music from the casino, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Realizan aseo cada 3 días y si uno paga hotel es para no estar haciendo aseo y para que te mantengan limpia la habitación, y al no realizar el aseo a diario que es lo normal en todos los hoteles que me he quedado , se va juntando la arena , las camas son camarote y cuesta mucho realizar las camas , No tienen iluminación adecuada , baño sin ventilación , piezas pequeñas , no tienen servicio de lavandería , tomamos desayuno un día y nos enfermamos del estómago , la televisión se ve horrible , se escucha el ruido de las piezas de los lados y pasillo , No lo recomiendo para nada está sobrevalorado

El personal en recepción una rubia teñida y otra morenita ambas con un pésimo trato. Me cobraron 5 dolares de más al llegar por pedir unas bebidas. Durante toda la estacia tuvieron pésima disposición y nula capacidad de cordialidad con mi familia

La atención del personal.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene ventanas, la única estaba sellada, la puerta está pegada a la cama y el pasillo siempre tiene la luz encendida, la puerta no sella bien y entra toda la luz. No hay ventilación de nada y la habitación no huele bien.

Het ontbijt was goed, koffie, thee, water en ijs was tijdens de opening van de receptie gratis verkrijgbaar.
Parkeerplaats met bewaking was goed. Ligging was goed, kamers waren gehorig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Mijn complimenten.
