Как минимум "держать марку"
Pros:

Росположение было обусловлено рабочими моментами, именно исходя из этих позиций был выбран отель. В пешей доступности центр города с основными достопримечательностями. Рядом два минимаркета. Тихо, спокойно. Великолепный завтрак. Чистые комфортные номера. Соотношение цена/качество.

Cons:

Как по мне жетковат матрац на кровати, но это, в принципе, не существенно.
