Incredible pool are and view. The extended happy hour of free sparkling wine and beer is a lovely touch and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. I also had an incredible massage in the spa which was also a lovely area.
We had to leave three days early because of a typhoon and got told we would likely have to leave as receiving our welcome drink in the lobby. I think the hotel could have emailed us in advance and given us the option of cancelling our stay altogether as it was a long journey to get there from mainland Japan and we spent all of our one day at the hotel researching other places to go to which was not very relaxing.

Excellent is not enough. The best hotel I have ever stayed, and I have travelled a lot. It gives lessons regarding hospitality, facilities, service, food . Beyond expectations and high class level.
De staff was ontzettend vriendelijkheid en behulpzaam. Het was ook ontzettend duidelijk dat de staff veel moeite stak in het op de hoogte blijven van potentiële problemen of obstakels voor ons genot op het eiland en in het hotel terwijl we daar verbleven. De kamers en het hele hotel waren heel schoon en er werd echt gedacht aan de details. Het eten was ook uitstekend en van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Bedankt voor dit memorabele geweldige verblijf!

スタッフがどなたも親切でキラキラした笑顔で迎えてくれます。部屋数が少ないからか、スタッフ皆さんが顔を覚えていてくれるので、挨拶や会話が弾みます。
場所が若干辺鄙なところにあることくらい。
私達はその辺鄙を楽しみましたが、人によっては不便と感じるかもしれません。

どのスタッフも率先して宿泊者が気持ちよく過ごせるように配慮して痒い所に手が届くように対応してくれた。部屋の快適さ、景色の良さ、アウトバスの気持ち良さ、どれをとっても大満足、そして食事は朝、夕共に大変美味しくサービスも良かった。またぜひ、今度は連泊したい。

The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay, they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service to the beaches and nearby areas was a bonus also which was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing and even though we had to leave very early on the last day, we were given our breakfast to takeaway which was fantastic and very tasty!

夫が身長が185cmあるためもう少しゆとりのあるパジャマがあるといいなと思ったくらいで完璧なホテルでした！
The view from the pool, the size of the rooms, the feeling the hotel gave you made you feel very special. Breakfast amazing and staff service second to none they couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile . Thank you all at One Suite for such a special stay and end to our travels in Japan 🙏
