Hotel não tem nada que chame muito a atenção, não é ruim mas também nao é bom. Café da manha incluido na diaria que chamou muito a atenção por ser muito ruim, nao tem nada e pode pedir algumas coisas extras feita na hora mas que são bem ruins. Existe a informação que tem room service entre 23 e 06 mas quando pedimos disseram que fechava as 23:00.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Puerto Madero, and we had a lovely room overlooking the water.
The breakfast on level two is very nice, with a buffet and the option of a short menu of hot foods to pick from including a range of egg options, French toast and waffles, etc. The gym is comprehensive and there’s a nice sauna in each of the men and women’s change rooms.
The rooms were not soundproof. A woman started making business calls at 6 am next door to us and we heard everything. They also allow pets - we could hear a dog barking for hours because the family left it alone. This is more of a reflection on the family than the hotel, but nonetheless, the soundproofing was not good.

Que el descanso se dificultó cuando en la mañana temprano del sábado nos despertaron ruidos muy fuertes de personal de limpieza en el pasillo y en la habitación de al lado, así como al día siguiente nos despertaron ruidos y gritos de niños que estaban alojados en el mismo piso, eso habla de paredes poco gruesas.
O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e, quando apresentamos os problemas, a equipe se mostrou disponível para resolver, inclusive oferecendo a troca de quarto. O segundo quarto era consideravelmente melhor que o primeiro
O hotel se posiciona em um patamar alto, mas falha em aspectos básicos: a cama anunciada como “extra grande” tem tamanho equivalente a uma queen no Brasil, e o blackout dos quartos é muito ruim, com cortinas mal dimensionadas e até furadas. O front desk também falhou na comunicação: disseram que avisariam pelo WhatsApp quando o quarto estivesse pronto, mas não avisaram, apesar de ele já estar disponível antes do horário oficial de check-in.
