Os funcionários são solícitos, educados e o café da manhã é ótimo!

Cons:

Achei o quarto um pouco simples, não colocaram roupão e chinelos para três pessoas e as toalhas de banho estavam duras e manchadas.

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto e o banheiro são bem espaçosos. A vista é muito bonita também e eles oferecem bicicletas sem custo para passear.

Good sized room, even had a microwave in the room.
Good gym.
Nice area, but everything is quite far. Definitely need an uber to get around, but it’s easy to get one.

Cons:

Inattentive staff, no one helps you with luggage, we arrived in the evening and the staff were just looking at us from the inside getting the luggage out of the car, no one offered to take our bags to the room.
Night before check out when we asked for a late check out got told that it won’t be a problem but to confirm with the staff in the morning, staff in the morning said we couldn’t have late check out but also made us wait 30-40minutes to check out without acknowledging us at the lobby, no one offered to store luggage or assist with getting transport.
Overall, poor show in terms of service and definitely does not meet 5star standards. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
