Pros:

Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs, deshalb war es gut dass das Hotel einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller hat. Z. Z. ist eine Baustelle vorm Hotel und unsere Zimmer lagen zur Straße hin aber wir haben nichts von dem Baulärm gehört.

Lage top mit der Baustelle vor der Tür auch kein Problem
Frühstück nach gebucht war alles vorhanden
Parkplatz am Hotel etwas klein, wir waren mit einem kleinen Auto unterwegs und haben gut parken können
wir kommen wieder

Cons:

Klimaanlage etwas laut haben dann auf 22 Grad gestellt dann war es besser

Kamer en personeel

Cons:

Ik was erg teleurgesteld bij aankomst. Bij de ingang van het hotel was sprake van een bouwsituatie die nergens op de website van Booking.com werd vermeld en waarover ik ook geen e-mail heb ontvangen. Omdat ik voor mijn werk reisde en met koffers aankwam, was dit erg onhandig. Om het hotel binnen te komen moest je door regenwater lopen of gebruikmaken van een geribbelde plank. Dit past niet bij het imago en de uitstraling van dit hotelmerk.
Ook het ontbijt vond ik tegenvallen in verhouding tot de prijs. Het aanbod was vrij beperkt, met veel zoetigheden en slechts één koffiemachine, waardoor er regelmatig wachtrijen ontstonden.
Ik ben normaal gesproken geen klager, maar mijn feedback aan het hotel zou zijn om aandacht te besteden aan deze verbeterpunten.
Positief was dat het personeel erg vriendelijk en professioneel was. De kamer en badkamer waren netjes, comfortabel en goed verzorgd.
Daarnaast ligt het hotel dicht bij het centrum en het gezellige marktplein, waar je uitstekend kunt eten.
Eindbeoordeling: ondanks de goede service van het personeel en de nette kamers heeft de bouwsituatie bij de ingang en het tegenvallende ontbijt mijn verblijf minder prettig gemaakt.

De hygiëne, ruime kamer , grote tv , dicht bij het centrum, goed bed waar vandaan je naar de tv kon kijken,

Het was perfect, alleen miste ik een wc borstel op mijn kamer en iets te weinig koffie pas met melk en suiker, maar die kun je bij de receptie bijhalen als je wilt
