Mistake staying here
Pros:

Nothing about the property will never stay here in future did big mistake I feel.

Cons:

Food quality and variety .. towels were not given in proper condition. TV doesn’t work need to call somebody to check. No shuttle to Start gate . Poor checkout process need to wait half an hour to checkout. Lethargic service

The staff at the reception was very friendly . Sahana and her colleague at the reception was very nice and polite . She helped us in getting a problem resolved . It was very kind of her .

Highly recommended if you visiting Katra.
Pros:

Connectivity, cleanliness & food

Cons:

Bad WiFi connectivity.
We visited from Dubai, even though we had international roaming, but our phones were not working (understand due to security reasons). I believe, it is all the more responsibility of Hotel to provide uninterrupted WiFi connectivity to its international guests, which was not there, and we were struggling to stay connected.

Holy Pilgrimage
Pros:

Nice property with courteous staff and prompt service. Hotel needs to work upon providing centralised heating option at times when there are not enough guests staying in property. This is one grey area during the stay. Also, it’s quite unusual and unfair to charge for drop to helipad which few hotels in vicinity are not doing so. Food quality is awesome. Front office and F&B staff are humble and friendly.

Amazing Again.
Pros:

Everything is perfect, food is best clean rooms, easy checkin experience. Especially Sunil, Nagma from F&B are super polite best staff. Value for money 100%.

Average Stay this time
Pros:

I stayed at Welcome by ITC Katra for two days with my four friends. We have stayed here many times before, the hotel is very good and the rooms are also excellent. Our experience has been excellent every time, but this time the service was not up to the mark. The service in the restaurant was very slow. The management needs to pay attention to this.
