I had a wonderful stay at Welcome Hotel ITC Katra. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
A special thanks to Sujan, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his polite, professional, and helpful behavior. He was always courteous, attentive, and willing to assist with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The entire staff was friendly, respectful, and eager to help whenever needed. Their excellent hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction made our experience memorable.
There was not much choice in breakfast
Good location, and very good staff. But this hotel and its amentities don't justify the price and they are no where close to what other ITC hotesl offers.
Front desk, support, cleaning and kitched sstaff were outstanding.
Bathroom is in terrible state, scractches all over. very basic amentities not even a full mirror. You have to ask for towels. Even used toilet papers are not changed after last customer.
355 rupees for a cold cup of tea is not a good experience.
Staff was courteous and went way beyond expectation to help. Location and room was awesome. Loved the food.
Lovely location...perfect spiritual ambience at the sacred Trikuta mountains....staff response was immediate... did not push us fr check out inspite of delay in our return...spread in the food was huge ..will recommend this place to every family whoever are looking for a decent stay..
