Serviço piorou muito, e vi várias reclamações também. Limpeza, deixam esperando tempo para atender, serviço do restaurante demorado, teve um senhor que sentou ficou 20min e ninguém atendeu. Nós ficamos 15 no restaurante e mais tanto no bar do 7o

atendimento, o serviço é demorado, fila no café da manhã, valet demorado, garçons confusos, almocei no taraz e o serviço não foi simpático, não explicavam nem o prato, só jogavam na mesa, demora para te atenderem, pedi uma entrega no hotel disseram que iam entregar no quarto, tive que ligar de novo disseram que dariam prioridade e eu tive que ir buscar eu mesma. serviço ruim

Pros:

Adoro o fato de não horário limite para o café da manhã, já estive outras vezes no hotel mas dessa vez achei o serviço dos garçons do café um pouco displicente. Trouxeram os queijos e salames mas não trouxeram os pães, tivemos que pedir 3 vezes pra trazerem o suco verde!!

Rooms are luxurious

Cons:

It’s a tourist attraction, there are too many people who are not hotel guests. No place to sit around the pool because they sell day passes.
Service is slow: had to call room service 3 times to have them come retrieve dishes aftee our meal.
Also , the building in front of our room is still under renovation, so there is a lot of noise all day. Our room had a balcony we could not use.

Everything it was horrible. From the delays in checking in to the noise of a wedding that was being held to the rubbish room we were given that was in fact for disabled people all horrible
