Focados na experiência ao cliente. Muito atenciosos. Cuidam de todos os detalhes mesmo aqueles que não esperas. Muito bom mesmo.

Cons:

Fiz um consumo num dos restaurantes e como havia esquecido o cartão no quarto pedi para deixar a conta para fechar depois. Chego ao quarto recebo uma chamada a perguntar se poderiam mandar alguém ao quarto com a conta. Achei estranho. Não estou habituada a isso.
