Muy amena y satisfecha.
Pros:

La limpieza fue impecable y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Las salas de reuniones eran muy espaciosas y tenían lo necesario (pizarras, pantallas, controles) para realizar reuniones de trabajo.

It is the best hotel i have stayed un Guadalajara, it is definitely the hotel i will book every time i go. The hotel team were great with the surprise they prepared for my wife's birthday.

Compré de último momento y me sorprendió. Instalaciones lindas, limpias, buen servicio, tiene un mini gimnasio, la alberca está en el techo y se veía limpia y cómoda. Estuvimos en la habitación básica y tenía cocineta y lavatrastes. En la Recepción hay una máquina de café que está disponible siempre y es gratis

Expensive, poor service. Extremely high pet deposit, which we were not advised until after checkin

Room is large and clean. Bed is comfortable. Does seem quiet. Has a kitchenette.

Cons:

Directions into the hotel are nonexistent from the parking lot.. You have to enter a mall, go up the stairs to the 3rd floor from steps at the back of the mall, and find a tiny door at the back.

The hotel was not as advertised. There is no breakfast. The dog fee is reasonable, but we were told several hours after check-in that we would also be charged a $1,000 pet deposit. Staff is not informative or helpful. In fact, the check-in staff bordered on rude.

The room's 'window' opens up onto a conference room. There is a clear view into the room from the conference center. Seems creepy and is a huge privacy concern.

Lighting is poor.

Do not recommend. For the high price, you can get better. We have stayed at candlewood suites all over, and this is not a good example
