Rajveer singh staff member on front desk is arrogant, ignorant and disrespectful for guest and his hotel owner. If the hotel keeps such a bulldog, they will shut your hotel’s shutter very soon. There was water problems in all washrooms and poor maintenance of hotel. They also did not offer us welcome amenities. This time, it was a horrible experience.
I stayed at chandravilas heritage udaipur Excellent hotel.Owner is most gentleman and take care of all customer himself. Most enjoying stay there.Neat and clean hotel. Reasonable tariff compared to facilities offered. Thanks for everything Shri Pratapsinghji.

Just basic n decent tk stay....took our request for early chk in..positively...chk out is at 11 which is a bit early considerjng that last morning darshan opens arnd 11.15 am..hotel management must consider such things....
Hotel is gd but missing some basic ameneities...its not centrally heated .thy dont serve complimentray water bottles....and the price given by booking.com to me was way high than the actuall tarriff plan....
No bf spread .....n the boys there serve customers as per thier wishes..service takes too long time..
Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant!
