wonderful stay and will come back again.
Pros:

There is a choice of Western or Japanese daily menus menu and free flow of drinks, snacks and salads.
The hotel is prominent located near to the river, old castle, tea cafe and walking food streets.
The hotel has a nice Japanese garden, interior design and good view at the hotel lobby.
The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

子連れでも楽しめた
Pros:

1歳半の子連れでしたが、離乳食の温めをフロントにお願いできとても助かりました。お風呂もとても綺麗でサウナも90度越えで素晴らしかった。ロケーションが良く子供も少し散歩で外に出られました。エントランス付近にオムツ替え台もありました。
ルームサービスは温かいものはウォーマーに入ってくるので冷めずに食べられました。

Cons:

子供用カトラリーが1歳だと大きかったので、別途必須。3.4歳以上の子が使うようなものでした。
ルームサービスは量が多くなく値段は高めですが美味しかったです。

行き届いた清潔な設備とよく気が付くスタッフ､静かな環境､美味しい食事でリフレッシュできた
Pros:

部屋からもロビーからも犬山城が見えて最高のロケーションでした
スタッフの対応も気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。
部屋も清潔で飲み物もよく揃っています。
周りの緑や静けさでゆっくり過ごすことが出来ましたよ。

最幸！（さいこう）
Pros:

駐車場に入る瞬間から非日常を味わえ、出迎えてくれるスタッフは、どの方もみんな丁寧で笑顔が絶えない！
こちらまで幸せな気持ちになりました！
また、お料理は地元の拘りが感じられ、より美味しくいただきました。
本当にありがとうございました！

ロケーションは、とても良くて広々として心地よく癒されました

Cons:

部屋のトイレが狭くて内開きのドアは、安全性にも不安があると思います。

部屋に椅子がひとつしか無かったので、くつろげるスペースが足りないと思いました。

部屋で飲むコーヒーと紅茶を説明されたけど紅茶は、無かった。
砂糖とクリームを入れても混ぜるスティックが無かった。

朝食時のバリスタの対応が注文した物を席に届けると言ってくれたのに忘れて交代してしまった。

非常口の表示が小さくて、わかりにくい。説明も無かった。

Pros:

新しい建物なので清潔感がありましたし、お食事も美味しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋のトイレが狭くて残念。
端の部屋でしたのでエレベーターから遠く大変でした。
次回からリクエストしないといけないですね。
