Pros:

Frühstück war seht gut, Es werden frische Eispeisen auf Anfrage serviert. Die Auswahl ist auch ansprechend.

Cons:

Betten waren miserabel, neue Matratzen sind überfällig. Das Zimmer hatte ich auf die Straßenseite bekommen. Es war fürchterlich heiß, keine Klimaanlage, man musste das Fenster öffnen, somit war durch den Straßenlärm eine ausgewogene Nachtruhe nicht möglich.

Preis steigt, Qualität nimmt ab
Pros:

Großes Lob geht an das Küchenteam: Freundliches Personal, reichliches Buffet, Tische schnell abgeräumt und Essen nachgefüllt.
Betten sind groß und bequem.

Cons:

Ich hatte in diesem Hotel schon mehrere Aufenthalte, doch bei steigendem Preis sinkt zunehmend die Qualität. Klimaanlagen sind nicht vorhanden (und der mobile Ventilator hilft wenig). Die versprochene tägliche Flasche Wasser fehlte. Auch war erstmals die Tiefgarage voll und keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung frei. Das Personal reagierte darauf gleichgültig. Online Check-Out funktioniert nur sporadisch. Vorbeifahrende (protzige) Autos sind sehr laut und allgemein ist die Gegend laut und dreckig.

Eine schönes und nettes Hotel.
Pros:

Von Anfang an im Kontakt, auch telefonisch, sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage, wenn man in der Stadt Unterkunft sucht, sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück. das Haus mit gutem Stil und eine tolle Idee renoviert. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit Fahrradgarage, Lademöglichkeit für e-bike. Klasse.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal und wir konnten kostenlos Wasser bestellen, da es ein sehr heißes Wochenende war.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, sondern ein Ventilator. Reichte bei der Hitze allerdings nicht aus. Später haben wir das Fenster aufgemacht, mussten es morgens um 6:00 Uhr schließen, da es zum Hinterhof lag und sich das Personal so unterhielt, dass jedes Wort zu verstehen war. Ungünstig!
