Osoblje prijateljski raspoloženo, lokacija, parking, veličina i izgled soba, dobar doručak. Uz koju čistačicu više i topliji bazen bila bi to desetka.

Cons:

Organizacijski propusti čini mi se jer je osoblje bilo jako susretljivo:
2 sata čekanje na check in, jedna čistačica nije sve stigla spremiti;
problem sa grijanjem soba prve noci koji je naknadno rješen, potom je i bazen bio topliji, ulaganje u dodatni izvor grijanja bio bi mudar izbor; manjak ručnika i ogrtača na bazenu.

Savršen smještaj blizu Plitvica
Pros:

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je zaista odličan. Sve je bilo uredno i ugodno, a osoblje iznimno ljubazno i susretljivo. Lokacija je savršena – vrlo blizu Plitvičkih jezera, što je veliki plus. Jedina sitnica koja mi se osobno nije svidjela su dva odvojena popluna, ali to ni najmanje nije umanjilo cjelokupni dojam. Sve ostalo je bilo čista desetka i svakako bih preporučila ovaj smještaj.

Gyönyörű, modern szálloda, kedves személyzettel.
Étterem nagyon hangulatos, ételek fínom háziasak, pincérek figyeesek, kedvesek.

Parfait pour un séjour paisible
Pros:

Tout le séjour était parfait, nous avons pu profiter des équipements de l'établissement après notre randonnée aux lacs. L'hôtel était peu fréquenté en cette saison, alors cela a rendu le séjour reposant. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner qui était très complet. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle vue.
