Dire tutto dalla professionalità e gentilezza dello staff alla pulizia e la colazione da urlo c'era ogni ben di dio dal salato al dolce frutta e bevande. Avevamo la mezza pensione, la colazione era a buffet, mentre la cena era con menu alla carta. Preciso che ti danno un wallet (nel nostro caso per 8 giorni di € 480) che potevi usufruire presso tutta la struttura sia nella piscina al pian terreno che a quella posta al 6° piano (la sera con un tramonto da favola), quindi, come nel nostro caso, che non abbiamo usufruito per 4/5 giorni della cena, poichè con amici andavamo a cenare fuori, abbiamo cmq usufruito del wallet per un aperitivo per pranzare o bere in piscina. Devo dire che come formula non è male (è la prima volta che ci capita). Al bar alla reception il plus è la frutta, acqua fresca e acqua con limone da prendere gratuitamente. BRAVI.

The personel was very friendly but the hotel is ok. Nothing more. I found it very expensive comparing to hotels up north in tenerife where the surroundings are a lot more attractive. The breakfast was nice.
I lacked green zones with plants. I found it very stoney. The bar on rooftop was not my cup of tea. I mean drinks from a plastic cup?!
The hotel was clean and modern. Both the main pool and rooftop pool were lovely to swim in, you were always able to get a sunbed. Breakfast was lovely with lots of different options and stayed open until 11.30 so there was no rush. Our room was cleaned daily and our beds were very comfortable. Pool bar also had lots of different food and drink options. You could get a clean pool towel daily and the spa area for massages was very relaxing and staff were very kind. The location was good, providing a quieter area at the hotel with restaurants and a beach a walk away. However if you wanted a bit more to do there was a bus stop just down the road which frequently went to Costa Adeje, Las Americas and Los Cristianos which we did frequently. If you wanted excursions there was also a pick up stop for that. We had a lovely stay.

En general todo nos pareció muy bien. Si hay algo que destacar elegimos el desayuno aunque cenamos 1 dia en el restaurante del hotel y la comida estaba muy rica. El precio algo elevado pero cenamos bien y no lo tenemos en cuenta.
