We loved the fabulous breakfast and delicious dinner. Also, the hotel has an excellent range of services and activities. The location is quiet and the bus station close.

Чудовий, зручний готель, дуже привітний персонал, смачні сніданки, добре розташування, пляж поруч. Дуже сподобалася зона відпочинку з басейном на даху, також чудовий садочок і зона релакс з боку спортзалу. Зручна транспортна розв'язка, за півгодини автобусом з кондиціонером можна доїхати до всіх відомих пляжів.
Звертаю увагу тих, хто буде їхати з аеропорту автобусом номер 40. Він не зупиняється на паркувальному майданчику з номером 40, посадка відбувається на зупинці міського транспорту, яка має зелені стовпчики і знак міського транспорту, біля номерів 32-34, там є навіс і є консультант в зеленій футболці. Далі зручна пересадка на номер 471 на тій самій зупинці, на якій ви вийшли з автобуса 40.

L’accueil était vraiment de qualité, Lucie nous a chaleureusement accueilli. L’hôtel était propre, calme, le personnel était serviable et la literie vraiment confortable.

Todo fenomenal. Concretamente el trato del personal, Rafa, uno de los empleados de los bares y restaurantes nos atendió siempre con amabilidad y mucha simpatía.

We travel frequently and, since I work in the tourism industry myself, I admit I have quite high standards. However, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The welcome we received was impeccable from the very first moment.
The room was really spacious and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a great holiday, including a super handy mini drying rack built into the balcony wall. Another strong point is the view: if you get an internal room, it overlooks the pool (which is very nice), while at the back you can admire an equally beautiful sunset. Whichever side you are on, you always get a lovely view.
We highly appreciated the hotel's strong commitment to the environment, a value clearly highlighted both at check-in and through signs in the rooms and around the property—a truly commendable effort that is not up for granted. Also, since we didn't know at first that tap water in Tenerife is not drinkable, Silvia’s advice at check-in to avoid it for health reasons was extremely helpful. In this regard, the hotel provides a fantastic and eco-friendly solution: a water purifier at the reception, available 24/7 for free to refill your bottles.
The property features two beautiful swimming pools, both with a perfect water temperature. A special mention goes to the rooftop: a beautiful space with an ocean view, chill background music, and delicious drinks, perfect for unwinding. The digital organization is also excellent: the hotel has a dedicated website with all the info and daily activities; even though we didn't have time to join, it’s a great way to engage guests.
The breakfast was also amazing: a very rich buffet with a great selection of sweet and savory options, fresh fruit, and good coffee. Absolutely nothing was missing.
A special thank you goes to Silvia at the front desk, who welcomed us with great tips and was extraordinarily kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.

To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam. Obsługa przemiła, proponują drinka powitalnego. Przy zameldowaniu wszystko jasno wyjaśnione prostym angielskim więc nie trzeba się martwić o słaby język. Bardzo fajny system do obiadokolacji - Dostajemy wirtualną kartę na której są środki i wybieramy pozycje z menu, jest naprawdę spory wybór a wszystkie dania są tak smaczne że żałowaliśmy, że nie możemy zostać dłużej, jest to 30 euro na dzień na osobę i spokojnie wystarcza na danie główne, napój i deser lub przystawkę. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu przepyszne wszystko świeże i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W hotelu znajdują się dystrybutory z wodą pitną i można sobie w dowolnym momencie napełnić butelkę - świetne rozwiązanie. Zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie, wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. W pobliżu hotelu zawsze udawało nam się znaleźć miejsce parkingowe (wszystkie są darmowe). Baseny są dosyć duże i nigdy nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków, na górze znajduje się bar z przepysznymi drinkami i jest to dobre miejsce na zachód słońca, zamieszczam zdjęcie. Gdy będziemy na Teneryfie to na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu i będziemy go polecać, jest wspaniały!

Buon prezzo, piscina e colazione inclusa e drink di benvenuto. Abbastanza pulito anche se poi per 3 giorni consecutivi non ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani nonostante firmammo per il cambio a giorni alterni.
