Het was een tophotel… voor ons wel beetje afgelegen… een bus of taxi was noodzakelijk
De ligging
. Confort propreté lieu calme parking ext. gratuit. Rooftop les soins massages parfait avec le personnels compétents.
Le crédit pour les repas alors qu'on paye la 1/2pension. Manque cafetière et bouillard et peignoir dans la chambre pour un 4* ça pêche et personnels ne parlent pas français. Manque la plage sympa.

La atención del personal. Me hicieron a por las toallas de piscona en el checkout. Creo q deberían ir ellos o verificar con limpieza y no molestar al cliente. No respondieron a las peticiones realizadas por email a pesar de ver los correos. En el comedor escuchando comentarios de los clientes que no tienen sentido.
El personal súper amables
Me alojaron en una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida con las incomodidades que ello tiene como por ejemplo la ducha. Muy decepcionante conociendo ya bien el hotel el que me vendieran esa habitación a más de 200€ la noche.
Nice location, the view from the rooftop,friendly staff, quite place
The rooms are very poorly maintained, which is surprising considering the hotel is relatively new. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the housekeeping staff themselves, but rather that they don’t appear to have enough time to properly clean between check-outs. While the room was lightly cleaned each day, the dirt and rust in the bathroom looked like it had been there for months.
The level of hygiene was extremely disappointing. For some reason, the wall behind the toilet is covered with wallpaper instead of tile, and it is covered in visible stains, which feels very unhygienic. The bedsheets had holes in them and had a very unpleasant smell. It may have been from the detergent, but the scent was strong and not fresh.
The breakfast was decent in quality, but the menu never changes. If you’re staying for an extended period (for example, 10 days), the lack of variety becomes quite frustrating. It might be better to combine the hotel breakfast with nearby restaurants to have more option

Very mordern and fresh hotel with all the facilities we needed. The rooftop bar has an amazing panorama view, the pool area is great, and the gym was nice too. We really liked the activities such as yoga in the morning. We also liked the restaurant and the credit system where you get €28 per day to spend on food and drinks at an à la carte rather than having a boring buffet. The breakfast was good and my partner appreciated the celiac corner with gluten free bread and muffins which was separated from all the gluten (thanks for this!!). Overall a great place to stay if you look for a resort like place to chill out.
We went here to just get some sun in the winter which was perfect, but do not expect too much of the area. We also had an incident the first night because we did not know the credit system in the restaurant. They knew our room number, so we just said goodbye and left after dinner, but apparently you need to give them a pin number. They called from reception after 11pm when we were already asleep and made me go down to the restaurant to give the pin which was extremely annoying. However, the staff in the restaurant was excellent otherwise and we got some free drinks as an apology.
