Pros:

El servicio, camareros, limpieza, el desayuno fabuloso

Cons:

Los empleados de recepción no explicaban bien algunas cosas como la Wallet, de hecho eso nos lo explicó el camarero del bar. Y eran un poco escandalosas dando por hecho que todos los huéspedes eran extranjeros y no les entendían.
Siendo un poco desagradable el cheking.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’hôtel est moderne et propre. Il y a un bel espace piscine avec le nécessaire en transat. De même, le buffet pour le petit déjeuner et qualitatif et généreux !

Cons:

L’isolation des chambres ! C’est simple, il n’y en a pas. C’est tout de même dommage d’oublier la fonction première d’un hôtel à savoir : dormir.

De même pour l’emplacement, idéal si vous avez une voiture pour bouger facilement car à côté de l’hôtel il y a quelques restaurants mais vous avez vite fait le tour si vous y rester une semaine.

Le personnel n’est pas des plus sympathique. Ils font leurs jobs sans rien de plus.

Relaxing quiet stay.
Pros:

Quiet. Exceptional breakfast.

Cons:

Gluten free breakfast provision was minimal. Packeted bread & rolls. Only 2/3 out at a time. 3 choices of cereal.

Amazing hotel and staff and (sadly) low quality restaurant
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and you can easy book anything you want at the reception - quads, trips, star gazing you name it.

Cons:

The food. Sadly the restaurant serves an average quality food. You can feel it. Is either fat or sweet and just not very good. Their à la cart HB option made us sad, because we had use this money in the hotel and every single time something was not right. Don’t get me wrong you will eat there and won’t die but it’s nothing special. If I wouldn’t have my money stuck at their wallet I definitely wouldn’t go twice to this place and I had to go there 7 times.

Het hotel heeft alles om terug even energie op te doen.
Pros:

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, toch veel goede restaurants in de buurt. Kamers zijn mooi en alles aanwezig. Ontbijt is een prachtig buffet. zwembad met genoeg bedden. prachtig dakterras met bar. wel auto nodig om wat te verkennen.

Cons:

bij ontbijt soms aanschuiven voor koffie (apparaten zeer traag)

Pros:

De inzet van Ebrina van de receptie. Deze vrouw is een topper in haar vak.

Cons:

Kamer 133 is heel lawaaierig heel de nacht door het lawaai van de airco installatie. Na klacht aan receptie heeft Ebrina van de receptie dit als een professionel opgelost. Zij is een topper in haar vak. Nogmaals bedankt.

Goeie locatie voor wie tot rust wil komen, en toch de rest van het eiland wil bereiken. Eventueel met openbaar vervoer.
Pros:

Heel goede ontvangst door behulpzaam personeel. Rustige ligging, wel op een behoorlijke afstand van centrum Costa Adeje. Uitstekend ontbijt, met mogelijk om buiten te ontbijten.

Cons:

Kamers op achterzijde kijken uit op bouwwerf. Last-minute boeking is af te raden, want zeer hoge prijs tov de standaard.

Ausgiebiges Frühstücksangebot mit vegetarischen und veganen Optionen, aufgeräumter Fitnessraum, gratis Wasserspender

Cons:

Heruntergekommenes Bad.
Oft keine Teller und Tassen beim Frühstück, sodass man erst auf saubere warten musste.
Verschiedene Aussagen vom Personal zu Late-Checkout (erst kostenfrei möglich, am Tag dann plötzlich nur gegen Mehrzahlung von 15 EUR).
Großflächiges „Reservieren“ von Liegen mit Handtüchern, ohne dass hier lange Zeit Personen lagen.
