Beautiful hotel in stunning location.
Pros:

Beautiful, contemporary hotel that ticks most boxes. Great location with dual street frontage and lift meaning it's easy to access both beaches and associated restaurants. Good rooftop pool - with sunloungers nearly always available - and restaurant (although this is quite expensive). All of the staff were great and went out of their way to make ours a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had a suite with a side view (the hotel is actually opposite a car park) - the terrace was huge and the view to the beach and bay spectacular.

Cons:

The balconies/terraces are all separated by open-style louves which offer very little privacy, so for the suite behind ours their 'spectacular view' was mostly obtained by looking through our terrace. It made us (and I'm sure our neighbours) very uncomfortable when we were both using our respective terraces, and apart from the overlooking, the lack of shielding meant every conversation, phone call, facetime etc was clearly heard. Personally we'd have much preferred a smaller terrace but one that offered privacy. The suite was large, but oddly furnished - space was taken up with a 'breakfast bar' which was pretty useless with no food preparation facilities, but at the same time there was only one comfortable chair to relax in, with the two other chairs being desk style. A small sofa to relax on (particularly as we didn't always want to use the terrace for reasons above) would have been great.

Superb!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at El Vicenç de la Mar. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities are excellent, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. The hotel’s location next to the beach is stunning and makes the whole experience feel peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it!

Es un hotel encantador, las personas súper serviciales. La comida un 10, es hermoso por todos lados. Un hotel mágico, vale la pena. La cala St Vincenc es espectacular y el lugar es tranquilo, para descansar, hacer ejercicio y disfrutar del mar.el personal del hotel nos recomendó varias actividades por hacer y estuvieron muy bien.

Une véritable arnaque à touristes, une usine à touristes. Tout respire le faux luxe : matériaux, finitions, décoration… un ensemble extrêmement kitsch et sans goût.

L’hôtel est surtout très fort pour faire de belles photos, alors que la réalité est très loin de ce qui est présenté. En réalité, c’est un bloc de béton avec une vue sur un énorme parking.

Les iPads dans les chambres et quelques produits de salle de bain haut de gamme ne suffisent pas à masquer la réalité : service très décevant, petit-déjeuner très moyen et prestations largement en dessous du standing affiché.

À 750 € la nuit, c’est totalement injustifiable. Pour moi, cette chambre vaut 300 € maximum.

Et le plus incompréhensible : comment cet hôtel peut-il avoir cinq étoiles ? Pour moi, c’est un quatre étoiles, et je suis très gentil.

Ne tombez surtout pas dans ce piège. Fuyez vite cet hôtel.
