Well, the single most positive feature was the hotel’s location. But then it is difficult to mention anything.

Cons:

Apart from the reception staff, the rest was simply undertrained. The roof top bar Is simply ‘Ado about nothing’. A five star overpriced hotel simply can’t afford such luxory. Waiting long for anything, they mixed up our order. The dinner was fine, but again, for a 5* hotel it is a must.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room and lovely location with many coves around. The spa and gym were great, as well as the pool table in the library!

Cons:

It was a shame how overpriced the food was in the restaurants so it meant we didn’t eat in the hotel at all.

Fabulous 5 day stay. The staff made the stay extra special. They could not do enough to make you happy . AMAZING .
Pros:

I loved our corner room. I loved the design and layout of our room. Really one of the best contemporary one bedroom junior suites we had ever been to in Spain . The bathroom / wet room was superb.
Looking out on the balcony facing left,the bay is really beautiful.
A really well designed hotel .

Cons:

It’s a bit of a shock when you arrive when you realise a lot of the view is the beach ,car park .
Other than this and the difficulty of getting taxis in peak time … the hotel is faultless.

Pros:

La chamnre était magnifique. Personnel gentil et agréable.
Excellent petit déjeuner ! Buffet + choix à la carte.

Cons:

Cependant pour le prix, grosse déception de n'avoir que le petit déjeuner et même pas une demi pension.
De plus, la vue donne en premier lieu sur un parking avant de donner lieu sur la mer..
Pour avoir fait 2 hotels dans la même gamme de prix lors de notre séjour, un peu décue du rapport qualité/prix..
Si pas de moyens de locomotion, il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à faire dans les alentours. Obligé de se déplacer jusque Alcudia ou Polença.

Pros:

Lieu préservé de l'île de Majorque loin du tourisme de masse des environs de Palma et de la côte sud-est de l'île.
L'hôtel est une belle réalisation architecturale proposant des services de grandes qualités tant en restauration qu'en soins (spa). L'endroit est très calme et les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées. Il est à la fois possible de profiter des piscine de l'hôtel ou d'aller nager dans la calanque voisine (50 m). Les services de restauration sur la terrasse roof top de l'hôtel sont très qualitatifs tant pour le petit déjeuner sur pour le dîner.
Au bilan un lieu d'exception où votre séjour se déroulera en toute quiétude.

Cons:

Places de parking parfois difficiles à trouver devant l'hôtel mais un parking souterrain est aussi disponible.

It was a great hotel to spend our honeymoon, the area is so calming.
Pros:

It was close to the beach, the facilities were amazing. The management was kind to upgrade our room to the penthouse to make our honeymoon lovely.

Cons:

Some of the staff were not kind in the restaurant by the pool, the overnight reception is the same.

I would say the only thing letting it down (and it's not really their fault) is the carpark view if the carpark could be obscured somehow the rest of the view is amazing. Privacy glass around the hot tub so you don't have to see your neighbours while relaxing

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Pros:

Das Personal und das Essen muss man ganz klar hervorheben. Das Team war wirklich unfassbar bemüht, aufmerksam, freundlich, herzlich und hat unseren Urlaub erst zu dem vollen Erfolg gemacht. Das Essen - angefangen beim Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen in beiden Restaurants - war hervorragend. Wir haben wirklich jeden Tag gut gegessen. Die Speisekarten sind zwar nicht so lang, dafür ist die Qualität der einzelnen Speisen sehr gut. Für VegetarierInnen findet sich in der Speisekarte nicht so eine riesengroße Auswahl, aber es gibt zumindest immer eine oder zwei Optionen. Vermutlich hätte man auch fragen können und man hätte bestimmt für alles eine Lösung gefunden. Das haben wir nicht probiert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick und haben den Balkon viel genutzt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war schön. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Wir haben vor allem auch den Pool auf der Dachterrasse benutzt. Der war schön und sauber und bietet ebenfalls einen Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings ist er nur 95 cm tief (genauso wie die "privaten" Pools, die sich mehrere Zimmer miteinander teilen) und nicht ewig lang. Ich habe trotzdem gern und viel Zeit dort verbracht. Die Auswahl an Mocktails hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und wir können den Virgin Mojito nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es ist ein bisschen schade, dass man für zusätzliche 28€ pro Tag zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm mieten muss und dass es da keine (günstigere/gratis) Möglichkeit übers Hotel gibt. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt's natürlich gratis Liegen und auch am Strand kann man kostenlos sein, aber wir wollten gerne die Liegen benutzen und haben so nochmal zusätzlich 28€ pro Tag bezahlt obwohl das Hotel ja bereits recht teuer ist. Das war uns im Vorfeld nicht klar.

Wir fänden es sehr schön, wenn man am Pool Wasser in den wiederverwendbaren Glasflaschen bekommen würde (wie zb beim Frühstück) und nicht dazu gezwungen wäre so viele Dosen zu kaufen/verwenden. Es ist toll, dass man täglich Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt. Da ist die Wassermenge allerdings recht klein und es fällt sehr viel Verpackungsmüll an. Vielleicht würde sich da auch in puncto Nachhaltigkeit noch etwas verbessern lassen.

Alles in allem aber top.
