Too much outside noise from the floor above. Wasn't able to sleep. Sound like lots of children

The size of the room. Room was very clean

Cons:

no maid service to replace dirty towels. We had to take our own trash outside and place it in the dumpster. The bathtub was dirty with stains.

Kind and friendly staff, good room; no way to make coffee
Pros:

The front desk employees were super nice and patient in explaining how the A/C unit worked when we couldn't figure it out. They even helped us out by lending us a phone charger. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There are no facilities for making coffee/tea at all. There is no cutlery, bowls/plates, pots/pans etc. The front desk offers these for rent

Pros:

Loud at night. People running around , moving furniture loudly. Tv went out and couldn’t get it back on. Went outside to speak to someone and no one was there multiple times and the phone to call them didn’t work.
