Buen lugar para hospedarse.
Pros:

Limpio cama cómoda aire acondicionado extra frío en lo personal nada que ver con los comentarios negativos. Lo único que sugiero es que pongan más sábanas gruesas para arroparse ya que es extremadamente frío y que le hagan un ajuste al agua de la ducha ya que apenas sale agua y una tapa para el inodoro ohhh y una cuna portátil para bebés. De lo demás la instalación limpia y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Muy poca agua a la hora de bañarse y el inodoro tenía tapa.

Awesome because of the staff hotel is very nice but the people make the difference
Pros:

It’s great Johanna , Angel are amazing.
Johanna is an awesome manager and Angel I think should be a manager these ladies both go above and beyond. There is a gentleman who is the General Manager who is terrific he knows what is needed and he does before we can question.

Disappointing booking
Pros:

We arrived late and the woman assisting us was very patient. The room had a lot of space.

Cons:

The room we booked, which was two queen beds and a sofa bed was not available for us. The first room we were placed in, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The second room was cleaner, but it was very frustrating that they could not accommodate our specific booking request.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Pros:

I DID NOT STAY HERE. I FOUND A DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATING HOTEL.

Cons:

We travelled from NY to Philadelphia for a concert that was at 3:30. The reason we chose to stay here was due to guaranteed early check in between 12-1 PM which I confirmed with workers multiple times via phone call and with Angel a day before arrival. We check in @12:30 and we are told the hotel does not do early check in. Emma was extremely unhelpful, not pleasant and did not show any empathy towards our situation. We offered to pay extra money to have a room ready now, she said it takes over 4 hours for 1 room to be cleaned and we would not be able to check in until 3 PM. I asked to speak to the manager Thomas Wilson and she gave me the front desk office number where she answered the phone. I emailed Thomas several times have still yet to hear from him. We ended up finding another hotel and were able to make it to our concert. At the other hotel, we stayed at we ran into a family who also was going to the concert and WoodSpring suites CANCELED their room for the night. This place is horrible, terrible customer service, and a bunch of scammers. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find way better hotels, this is not the one especially if you have a concert at Lincoln Financial Field.
