Place was great! Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the airport shuttle was really helpful. Room was really nice! Everything was great.

هذا الفندق لن أفكر المرور بجانبه مره اخري عندزيارتي للمنطقة لاحقا

الاستقبال سي جدا ولا يعرف الإجراءات وحوالي ساعة ليعطينا الغرف ونحن معه فقط لا احد غيرنا وغيي جدا ويقوم بتصوير كل أوراق الجواز وهو اعتقد غير مؤهل للعمل ولا يعرف كيف يعمل وفوق هذا لا أسلوب بالتعامل مع النزلاء

فقط موضفين الاستقبال وعدم وجود مرافق ولا خدمات بالفندق او حوله وحتي مطعم الفندق يغلق مبكرا ولا يوجد سوبر ماركت بالفندق ولا حتي حوالينه والمطاعم ترفض التوصيل لهذا الموقع لا اعلم لماذا

the proximity to the airport is very convenient for an early flight.

Cons:

I was moving from China so I had heavy luggage. The floors have awkward carpet so.it was difficult to carry luggage. The hotel has a ramp (carpeted)Not well thought out for travelers. Staff did not offer to help.Poor customer service.

the best ever and i would recommend
Pros:

Chinese hospitality is definitely one of the best in the world - I wasn't expecting it. The staff are lovely and dedicated to their jobs; I wish all hotels could follow the same example.
