Muito satisfeita! Meu novo hotel em Manaus.

Recepção solícita. Funcionários educados e atentos. Destaco o atendimento da Camila que, mesmo em seu primeiro dia, se mostrou pronta a me auxiliar juntamente com a primeira funcionária que me recepcionou. Em 20 anos de vida corporativa andando pelo país inteiro, NUNCA VI UM QUARTO DE HOTEL SER TOTALMENTE LAVADO COM CLORO. VIVI PARA VER ISSO NESSE HOTEL. QUE CAPRICHO! TOTALMENTE HIGIENIZADO. Nota 1000 para a Clésia, que além de muito simpática e solícita, é muito caprichosa. Esqueci um pote no frigobar e guardaram para me entregar, na próxima reserva. Consegui resolver tudo o que eu precisava, pois o hotel tem ótima localização. Estou extremamente satisfeita.

Cons:

Faltou um cobertor no quarto, para ser usado de acordo com o gosto do hóspede, e achei a tv muito pequena.

Se você for utilizar o Porto de Manaus, vale a pena. Se não, melhor escolher um com melhor localização.
Pros:

Quartos amplos, bom café da manhã e funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Limpeza ok.

Cons:

Toalhas de banho velhas, banheiro precisa de melhorias e colchão muito mole. Secador não estava funcionando, mas arrumaram quando pedi.

Quartos amplos, bom café da manhã e funcionários muito atenciosos. Para quem vai utilizar o Porto, a localização é boa.

Cons:

O hotel precisa melhorar as instalações, sobretudo no banheiro. Não tem tomada perto da cama.
