Washer was not working but the place was great.. Clean rooms were great.. Will definitely go back..

The apartment is very comfortable and really well located. The building offers great amenities and feels very safe.

I must note that the cleanliness of the apartment is below par. The management should enchance cleaning spot checks to improve in this important area.

The pictures posted were very misleading. This studio maybe at one point was bright and fresh and clean , but it’s run down and dirty now. I actually bought cleaning spray to clean the surfaces . One of the chairs had a broken arm. The walls were all banged up and the blinds all bent on the door which made it feel really run down. See the attached photo of all the mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. It made the whole hall and bathroom stink so bad like mildew and mold. So gross . not worth it

Great location, not best parking situation - was a bit confusing given you could "reserve a spot" for parking but then directions with check-in mentioned no parking was available for free. Very beautiful view and nice apartment but was not the cleanest. Would stay again as was perfect for a work trip. Great communication!

In the center of everything. Food places are walking distance and an Aldi is a nearby.

It was a very nice apartment with easy access to.the family events i needed to go to.

The property is in excellent condition. Everything looks Brand New. The Location is Perfect.

Clean great views hotel

Surprised at the room cleanliness. This is our 4th time staying at this property. And the no parking was a little disappointing.

While the property and surrounding area were beautiful, we ran in to some issues. The code to get into the front door of the building did not work. Also, the central air in our unit was not working, so we were provided with a portable HVAC unit. The day after we checked out, we were accused of stealing the AC and I was charged for it! I am insulted and disgusted. They banned me from the property, but even if they didn't, I wouldn't go back!

The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. Overall, great experience.

Upon arrival, we were appalled to find:

Stains on the pillows, sheets, towels, and carpets

A moldy shower curtain

A visible fecal stain on the wall

Missing linens, pillowcases, and blankets

No toilet paper provided

An overall filthy and neglected unit

Stains on the carpet in the master bedroom

There was also no communication or available on-site assistance to address these serious concerns. We felt abandoned and forced to endure unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions throughout our stay. This experience was not only disappointing—it was inexcusable

This an apartment, so no personal help at all from an onsite manager. All communication is through text or email, access is with codes (which didn’t work upon arrival). Neighbors cook every night with very strong odors throughout hallway and apartment. Door to bathroom is a pocket door, very difficult to lock for privacy. No coffee for provided Kurig. Location served its purpose, but wouldn’t stay again.

Cleanliness they have none you get no resolution. They cheat you out your money! I was able to get early check-in just to walk into a room that wasn’t cleaned. They still had the last visitors body wash used towels in the washer food that they left in the cabinets still and also had to deal with ants! I’ve never been to a place like this would never go here again. Felt overwhelmed needed a getaway just to deal w/added stress smh

Great location relative to Pitt's campus. excellent dining choices in the area. TV in the master suite would be nice.

Good communication with property owners. Great apt stay in the South Side Flats. Cool area!

The unit I reserved had no functioning internet connection and Kasa was a huge pain to deal with, with multiple phone calls, lengthy (30 minutes) on hold, multiple instructions to restart routers, turn switches on and off, access panels in the wall above the range. I lost a day of work and was left in a sour mood. Apparently the company is located elsewhere and they had no local staff to fix the issue. They ultimately moved me to a different unit in the building which, while larger, was a bit rundown and had several obvious maintenance issues (e.g. the heavy bathroom sliding door was broken and off its track - thankfully I was traveling alone and did not need the door for privacy. In sum, there was just too much hassle on this 3-night visit and I feel Kasa could and should have done me better.

We booked this with our daughter because they said they had an indoor pool, and it looked nice in the photos, but the pool was disgustingly. The room it was in was not heated so it was freezing, the paint on the floor was peeling, the hot tub had algae in it. It was awful. We booked another hotel and left, and they won’t refund me. Look elsewhere

Quiet neighborhood + quiet building made staying here worth it. Plus great view from our suite. However, the apartment could have been cleaner. The floor was dusty + hair everywhere, dog hair on the couch, and 1 bed smelled strongly of perfume. However, nicely equipped overall, accommodating, and friendly residents.

The attached parking garage it 15.99 a day. You must park above the 4th floor. But the Elevators are broken. Had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs at 12am alone in the freezing cold. Free Parking is very confusing. The elevators for the location are all the way at the end of the hallways. The Room was nice but nothing like the picture. It's not all stainless steel but regular. I have mixed feelings.
