Nachtdienst sehr unprofessionell

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ansprechend und ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir waren vom 04. bis 06.06.2026 Gäste in diesem Hotel und leider enttäuscht.
Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns der Mitarbeiter im Spät-/Nachtdienst. Er war mehrfach pampig, wirkte genervt und trat wenig professionell auf. Bei Fragen hatte man eher das Gefühl, zu stören, als dass man als Gast willkommen ist.
Zudem wurde uns bei der Anreise ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption die ganze Nacht besetzt sei. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Solche Informationen sollten verlässlich sein, insbesondere wenn Gäste darauf angewiesen sind, Nachts einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu haben.
Ebenfalls ärgerlich war, dass in der Hotelbeschreibung Parkplätze angegeben werden, diese vor Ort jedoch nicht verfügbar waren. Auch hierzu gab es keine zufriedenstellende Unterstützung.
Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel durch den unfreundlichen Umgangston, die widersprüchlichen Informationen und die mangelnde Serviceorientierung einen schlechten Eindruck. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

zentrale Lage direkt in der City, Essens und Shoppingmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 1-2 min zu erreichen.
Doppelzimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Personal freundlich.
Frühstück hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.

Cons:

Parkhaus ist relativ teuer. Man parkt günstiger im Shoppingcenter gegenüber

alles prima für Kurzaufenthalt in Recklighausen

zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, gute Betten, Frühstück ebenso
