“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff, especially SARHAT and Mr Orhan were very welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and she made sure I felt comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!”
