Pros:

Boring hotel, nothing special to do, beach has a terrible smell and is ugly. Some staff is rude, save your money go somewhere else.

This was our night trip to this hotel. It has gone down a lot. Staff has gone down paid for Ocean view had nothing but a swamp had to call to get the room cleaned after 332 different days absolutely horrible. Couldn’t wait to leave to come home.

Pros:

First time staying at Ventus, last time we stayed at La Marina the sister resort but preferred this resort. We paid extra for the room upgrade to a swim up room. Staff were very friendly as usual and service was always good. Food options are good and nice to have a coffee shop onsite with pastries for the morning cravings. Great value for money and we will be back again.
