Great breakfast dirty hotel
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Front desk staff - Heidi- almost got us towed. Told us it was ok to park in Cap 1 parking & it’s Not, gave us a room that wasn’t clean, gave us room keys that didn’t work.

Pros:

Parking is $25, in and out. Parking space is safe. Everything is good. The perchis not yet open maybe because it’s winter. I hope they will provide slippers next time. The breakfast is good.

Perfect holiday staycation
Pros:

Hotel as location were great. It was the perfect getaway close to home.

Cons:

Wish they had more staff to assist with things. I get it was the holidays but they were definitely short staffed.

The rooms were a nice size. The rooms were really clean and have beautiful decor. The restaurant inside was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that the parking cost $25 a day.

Very nice hotel overall. I would stay again.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was always on top of keeping buffet fully stocked.

Cons:

AC was too powerful, it works loud even in minimum fan settings. It was hard to adjust flow away from the bed. It kept blowing on my face.

Lovely hotel, spectacular location, wonderful staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great, many selections. The grits were a surprise however they should have been made thicker similar too oatmeal consistency, coming from a regular grits connoisseur.

Cons:

Even though parking was included when you swipe the room key, my room key did not work this I had to pay $25 to leave to sightsee. Upon return, I went to the front desk for a refund, but it is still has not shown up on my card

Excellent location as long as you have a car.
Pros:

Location was prime. Car was necessary. Able to get to all my appointments. Wegman’s was a bonus. In room microwave with kitchenette was a plus. Included breakfast was outstanding. Loved the Watermark shopping bag for shopping At Wegman’s
