If you are attending an event at Capital One Hall this hotel is your only option. You'll be glad.
Pros:

I attended a comedy show at the Capital One Hall and it was an excellent location. I also took the train into Washington DC
as well and the Metro station was directly across the street. I used the fitness center. I also had dinner a Wren and the Aviary breakfast options were nice too.

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel. I only wished I was the Perch area for putt putt golf was open but it is seasonal and was opening the day I left. The Suite was better than I could've imagined. Very spacious and the shower was hot

WOW at the Watermark!!! :-)
Pros:

A stay at the Watermark Hotel is ALWAYS exceptional. I stay here often just to unwind as I am from the DMV area. I love this place and all it has to offer. And they are pet friendly which is an added bonus. Ive made it my home away from home and will come back again and again! Thank you Watermark!!

Cons:

My rooms weren't on the same floor so my guests and I were separated. But we didn't mind too much. But my preference is to have all of my guests together.

We stay here every time we come up to see a show at Capital One Hall
Pros:

Perfect location. Get off the interstate and you’re there. Walk around the corner and you are at Capital One Hall.

Cons:

Two TV’s- only one remote

Pros:

Parking is $25, in and out. Parking space is safe. Everything is good. The perchis not yet open maybe because it’s winter. I hope they will provide slippers next time. The breakfast is good.

Front desk staff - Heidi- almost got us towed. Told us it was ok to park in Cap 1 parking & it’s Not, gave us a room that wasn’t clean, gave us room keys that didn’t work.

Perfect holiday staycation
Pros:

Hotel as location were great. It was the perfect getaway close to home.

Cons:

Wish they had more staff to assist with things. I get it was the holidays but they were definitely short staffed.
