Convenient, pleasant staff, clean enough and good location.
Pros:

Bed was pretty comfortable, the little gym was okay for a bit of cardio and the breakfast area was clean. Personally it didn’t have much for me but I can imagine most people would make do.

Cons:

A wider selection of breakfast would have been good, the walls aren’t super thick so you can hear folk occasionally. Room isn’t cleaned daily.

Newly built modern facility. very good complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

This is our second stay here this year and despite the sign on the bathroom mirror saying that the room would be refreshed every other day, both times that was not done. Both times we had to request it and the last time they could not do it do to no staff on hand. In addition, the check in person was the only staff in the hotel over night. Did not feel the security was adequate.

It was nice that the staff allowed us to be a little social in the room just off thelobby.
Pros:

The heater in my room was not working when I checked in. The team had a repairman up there quickly, and he fixed the issue in under 5 minutes.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was just 'OK'
The coffee was just 'warm'
But outside of that, I have little to complain about.
