Pros:

Lo staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La struttura pulita, accessibile e in posizione strategica per poter visitare le zone considerate più turistiche ed anche ben collegata alle varie linee della metro. La stanza per dimensione decisamente più ampia rispetto ad altre abitazioni che si possono trovare a Londra. Ottimo avere un piano cottura in camera soprattutto avendo vari supermercati nella zona. Consiglio assolutamente la struttura

Quite cozy hotel near public transportation
Pros:

Great location near bus and train stations. Quiet overall and very clean. The room was just the right size for us and it was nice having our own bedroom.

Cons:

No phones to call customer service. It was all handled through WhatsApp which is a pro and con. Pro since less friction but con is it sounded like an ai agent was responding. We did get towels and bedding when requested in a timely manner but when we had one issue with the pillows, the agent responded but no one ever came to our room.

Impeccably clean, well-designed, functional, and comfortable!
Pros:

The room was impeccably clean. The studio space is very well designed and perfect for one person (or two people without a lot of luggage). Lots of storage options, such as drawers under the bed to store your suitcase.

Excellent kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a meal. Shower had great water pressure, which is so rare! And the bed was very comfortable and cozy. There were also nice little touches like remote controlled blackout curtains, complimentary beverages, and a welcome card.

Cons:

Not much, to be honest. The studio doesn’t have a proper closet and there are only a few hangers for hanging longer garments and the space is small. This was fine for me because I was staying at the end of my trip before flying out, so didn’t have anything to hang. This might be more of a challenge if you have multiple garments that need to be hung up for meetings/events.

Prima locatie voor "Short break" londen
Pros:

De locatie was perfect (veel metrolijnen op 10 minuten loopafstand). Ontbijt naast de deur (van ander hotel, maar uitstekend en betaalbaar ontbijtbuffet).

Le confort de la chambre ( lit ++++) , hôtel tres cosy.
Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel tres bien situé pour les transports et commerces. Super équipements en chambre pour bébé 🚼

Great room and location, good value for money
Pros:

Great location. Spacious apartment room with everything you need. And a nice view over the city.
Lovely personnel, easy check in and out.

Cons:

The bathroom could’ve been done a little smarter. It was okay, but the shower was totally open, the curtain was high above the floor so the whole bathroom got wet after shower.

Cons:

Luktade extremt stark av toalettspray i rummet. Kändes instängt. Inte en enda gång på 4 dagar sa någon i personalen ens hej till oss.
Trångt badrum och stod att vi skulle få tofflor och morgonrock men detta fanns inte.
Hade velat ha ett extra täcke.
