It was wonderful overall.
Pros:

It was centrally located and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful especially Lazaro, Bartosz and one lady but didn’t get her name.

Pros:

We’re stayed here for a second time. Great value for money. Comfortable and clean. Good location by the main train station. Easy to access from airport and visit places outside of London

Would have liked to know that the drinks behind reception are not sold after 11pm.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The property is new, as is everything in the apartment, and it is all very attractive, functional and practical. They do not skimp on useful extras such as shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion and toilet paper. Tea and coffee were also replenished whenever we ran out.

The staff are mostly young and have a warm, informal and slightly quirky style, which we found both refreshing and charming. They responded promptly to every request and question – we had often barely finished making a request before someone was already at the door.

The room had excellent ventilation, with fresh, pleasantly scented air circulating throughout. The kitchen is a real marvel. Although small, it is exceptionally well designed and equipped with high-quality appliances, making it perfectly possible to prepare a proper meal for several people.

Cons:

However, the room is too small. There is not enough space for a decent-sized wardrobe or a proper table that can comfortably seat at least three people.

Perfeito, tem uma qualidade no atendimento incrível, sempre que contactámos através do WhatsApp a resposta é imediata, explicam, resolvem sem qualquer problema.
O staff é incrível, ainda nos deixaram uns presentes de chegada ao hotel. Não temos nada a dizer
