Solides Gesamtpaket mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist zentral und man kann alles gut erreichen. Der Snack-Automat war noch ein angenehmes Extra. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Der Aufzug im Hotel braucht Ewigkeiten bis er nach dem Ruf ankommt. Wir haben oftmals direkt die Treppe genommen. Das Frühstück bietet wenig Abwechslung und die Auswahl ist begrenzt. Fehlende Parkplätze machen ein Parken in der Umgebung notwendig.

Pros:

room to the back - quiet (apart from bin collection in the early morning, Friday or Thursday ?)

Cons:

mattress was bit too soft
smaller pillow (big one for sleeping is not healthy for the neck)
only one small paper bin in the bathroom (Emden has apparently an issue with waste disposal (therefore limited bins provided - in general and everywhere) - though good to let hotel guests know via a short note in every room

Pros:

Zimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Der Geruch des Raums war etwas seltsam.
Lage am Rande der Innenstadt.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Diese haben wir am Bahnhof in einer Fahrradgarage gegen eine geringe Gebühr untergebracht.
